The service was excellent. I inconvenienced the audiologist by mistaking the time, but he rearranged his lunchtime by seeing me first.

Few monts ago I started to experienced muffled hearing,sensation of fulness and dischrge from my right ear.I decided to book appointent with HIDDEN HEARING.So,I was welcomed from Andrew,the guy that doing the microsuction.He is very nice person,explain the prossedure in full details and checked my ears.He has found an ongoing infection in my right ear and told me,that to do clearing now wil be very painfull and completelly useless.He wrote letter to my GP with explanation of the problem.Thanks to his letter,I was refered to an ENT specialist,who took swab and prescribe antiniotics.when I completed the treatment,I went to see Andy again.He found out,that there are still traces of infection,tryed to clear some of the jelly-like mass and dried skin patches,as a result of infection.It was painfull because of irritated skin on and around the eardrum,so,on his advice we decided to postponded the prossedure again.I done another antibiotic treatment and this time,the infection has gone.Today I meet Andy again in the Hidden hearing ofice,he check it,and confirm that infection is cleared,but still a lot of dried earwax left inside.He cleared it perfectly and gave me advice how to keep the ear in healthy condition.Andy is very good in what he is doing,and very good communicator as well.I will definatelly recommend him to my relatives and friends in case someone has any hearing problem,or just for ckeckup.

Everything went to plan, always a joy to visit Hidden Hearing in Edinburgh. Welcoming and efficient staff. I also visited Hidden Hearing in Dundee recently with a wee problem, and received the same excellence

As usual, pleasant and helpful staff at the office in Hanover Street (Edinburgh).
My new, (expensive) hearing aids seem to be all Mr fletcher promise when I purchased them two days ago.
