The Audika office has very poor level of accessibility for elderly customers. 4 large steps. No one was staffing reception to give assistance. Hearing test for my elderly mother could not be carried out because of presence of wax but no advance warning of this was given and there was no one on site who could remove wax. Instead the representative made great play of the fact that hearing aids were receiving a software ’up grade’ as if this was some miraculous tech breakthrough . Thoroughly patronising and a complete waste of time.

I’m always greeted with a warm welcome.
The service is excellent and all my questions answered.
Even the reminders are numerous and some by phone. It’s a nice human interaction.

Had a home appointment for the first time as I no longer drive outside my immediate area.
I was very impressed as exactly the same high standard as going to their place. The lady was quick and very organised explaining everything as she went. Adjusted my hearing aids perfectly.
I was expecting a push for new hearing aids at the end but gave me the option if I wanted it. No pushing just letting me know what was there if I wanted. I am happy with the adjustments so no need.

All staff - Margaret, David and Erin go over and above expectations to ensure service I receive is 10 out of 10.

Despite being early, I was seen early, having to endure no waiting time. A friendly, approachable service which I would recommend to anyone.

This establishment offers a wide range of help and advise on hearing problems. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. It's so refreshing to find a company that is so customer focused and competitively priced. Highly recommended.

Such friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they genuinely want to help and solve your problem. Margaret is lovely and welcoming on reception and David is always on hand to fix my mums hearing aid or give me an alternative whilst it’s sent away.

The premises are easily accessible in Edinburgh and one is immediately put at ease by the welcome we receive from the receptionist Margaret and then meeting Mr Fletcher who also gives us confidence with his informal manner who answers our questions in a professional way. In these times it is unusual to have no complaints

Charley's kindness and her knowledge and understanding in all things she seemed to know about my particular hearing difficulty.

The practitioner was pleasant and easy to get on with. All audio tests were explained to me and the results given to me on the spot. No waiting.The hearing aid is neat and not intrusive for a female. The after service is important to me and the fact one can pay in installments appealed to me as I have a very tight budget. Also that insurance is also offered.
