Amazing customer service!
My 97 year-old Mum was completely helpless without her hearing aids.
I asked HH for an emergency appointment and Kira and Gaye were amazing in their response. I was able to phone them both directly to explain the problem (not always an option these days), and they gave me a next-day emergency appointment in Eastbourne. Once there, Belinda did her magic trick of ear-wax removal (which takes weeks to wait for at the NHS surgery).
Problem all solved with 2 very satisfied customers.
The kindness, compassion and wonderful people-skills displayed by Gaye at the Eastbourne HH location are an awesome reminder of how important customer relations are.
Well done Hidden Hearing!

Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne
Went to Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne for ear microsuction - what a fabulous service and the ladies who helped me couldn't have done more or been more informative and helpful if they had tried.
We were coming to Eastbourne for the weekend and I had had a blocked ear for a week, I couldn't find an appointment in Bristol until November but as soon as we explained this Hidden Hearing said they could see me the same day. Gaye booked me an appointment with Belinda and they helped me out the same day. Thank you ladies, I actually got to hear the conversation at our family reunion 😃

Patience is a Virtue
Just had my last appointment with Michael my Audiologist he has been so patient and kind as I have profound hearing loss I had to try the two different types the speakers or moulds so he got me to try both and I felt more comfortable with the moulds, as I said he was so patient,so I won't have to go back now for a year the hearing aids are absolutely brilliant I have never been able to hear so well, Thank you Michael and Hidden hearing

Hearing Aid Help.
I care for an elderly lady who was having trouble with her hearing aid.
One phone call to the Eastbourne branch gave me all the information I needed, and I was able to arrange a home visit very quickly .

I was seen by Catherine at the Eastbourne clinic for badly blocked ears. They offer a great service & Catherine was very friendly and informative. I returned for a review & hearing test.

The service I received from the…
The service I received from the Eastbourne branch was fine, friendly and professional but when it came to the cost of the hearing aid I had been fitted for they were over 100% higher than what I actually paid for from another practise. I even called to see if they had made a mistake and quoted for a pair but was told no this is the price.
My suggestion is do your research on the costs before committing.
