The service I got was excellent. I felt that my hearing had been looked after well. If you need you're hearing looked at then you can't go wrong with Audika.

Reviews are not something that I regularly do but felt I needed to leave a review for Audika Eastbourne. The service my friend received was amazing. Ben and Gaye couldn’t be more helpful with all their expert advice. But a particular shoutout to Justin. My friend was having a few issues connecting his new iPhone to his new hearing aids. Justin overheard what was being said. He asked if he could help and very patiently, calmly and expertly sorted the problem out. We certainly walked out a lot less stressed and happier than when we walked in. Justin is an absolute asset to the team. Thanks to the everyone at Audika Eastbourne.

Ben and Gay in Eastbourne have just fixed my hearing aid, I am so impressed big thank you

Having had constant problems with my hearing aids - my inability to come to terms with them basically - I now find I am accepting them and understand how they actually work - thanks to Justin who was the first person to clarify things and give me reassurance after several year of discomfort. He went to no end of trouble to help me and set me on the right track. Wearing them all the time with no problems now - and I shall continue to check in as time goes by - many, many thanks.

Justin is brilliant. His approach, awareness and knowledge of his job is a breath of fresh of air. He really took time to talk with my mum and take care of her well being, which meant the world because things had been feeling complicated to this point. Ben and his receptionist could not be bettered

The efficiency of the Staff. The Audiologist is efficient, kind and pleasant to deal with and he adjusted my hearing aids perfectly. I am extremely happy with them now.
Your Receptionist was also very pleasant and efficient.

Justin was the Audiologist who conducted my hearing test . He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable & thorough, explaining not only the workings of the hearing aids but the workings of the ear itself.
All the staff were friendly & welcoming which made the appointment a very pleasant experience all round.

Audika Eastbourne is very conveniently located near the train station. My husband has been a customer for some years. He has been very impressed with Ben's patient expertise in helping him chose the right aids. Gaye ensures the smooth running of the hearing centre alongside Ben. She is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Recently she offered to deliver and fit a new wire to one of my husband's hearing aids here at home, which was much appreciated.

I really cannot fault Audika in Eastbourne the service is faultless starting off with the lovely friendly Gaye who is always so helpful & kind as well as extremely knowledgable & of course the Audiologist Ben who is amazing at his job & nothing is too much bother too, they totally understand what it’s like to struggle with your hearing,so I highly recommend Audika to everyone ! We visit Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne regularly and receive nothing but the very best attention from Gay the receptionist and Ben the audiologist. The premises are always spotless and welcoming. It's a pleasure to have a laugh with Ben and Gay who are both totally committed to you needs.
