Excellent service, if it ‘ain’t broke’ don’t fix it.

We were welcomed into the shop and made to feel welcome. The audiologist, David Shaw, came to meet us, introduced himself and took us through to his room. He was friendly and extremely clear explaining everything. The hearing test was more thorough than I expected and carried out professionally. His advice felt unbiased and there was no "hard sell" whatsoever. We will definitely return.

Every time I visit HH they can’t do enough a thougher examination every time with technical adjustments so my hearing aids are working to full capacity many thanks WLS

I went into Hidden Hearing due to what I thought was blocked ears due to earwax. I was greeted and given amazing treatment and advice from Jan. I will definitely be returning when needed.

Jan French made me feel completely at ease and filled me with complete reassurance. The full experience under her care was excellent and any questions I had she covered. Will be returning!

I was given an appointment over the phone within a hour of my enquiry, Jan the hearing specialist was great removed all the wax and gave me great advice on keeping my ears clean and protected, being a musician she also gave me a contact for an ear plug specialist which was great! Booked in again for 6 months!

Jan @Doncaster was really lovely and made me feel at ease whilst having my ears done. Was very well informed and general all round 5 star service . Would certainly recommend to others . Thank you Jan

Price gouging. Total rip off

My mum had an appointment ear wax removal and we saw Tracy who was very professional and lovely and really put my mum at ease. She went out of her way so that my mum understood everything that was going to happen as my mum is very hard of hearing. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service provided by Jan at Hidden Hearing. Went for hearing test and discovered wax removal was required. All sorted very quickly and professionally by Jan- what a lovely lady, very professional. Explained everything as we went and felt comfortable throughout. Had ear wax removal today by Jan at Doncaster. Did a great job removing problematic compacted ear wax feel great now. Would definitely recommend.
