I was looked after by a lovely lady called Jan ( Doncaster). She was caring keeping me informed through out. Explained every action she undertook. A very pleasant experience

It was all explained what would happen by Jan before anything was done the equipment was explained and how it was used very professional service and Jan was great was just surprised how much wax she got out

Really positive experience from beginning to end. First of all, was able to get an appointment the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a really friendly lady on reception (so sorry I didn’t catch her name) and then I was seen by Jan, who was simply amazing! She was very thorough in explaining everything throughout the appointment and was determined to get me on my way with completely clear ears and she succeeded! She is so personable and made the appointment really a pleasure. Thank you Jan… and for giving me hearing back! I’m still marvelling at things I’ve been missing!

Jan was very professional and helpful and talked with me the entire way through it. Was a wonderful experience overall at the centre in Doncaster. Would definitely recommend.

David the audiologist is very clear, and has all the information I need to know.
He does not try to make me purchase anything.
The office itself is well presented .

I was seen by Jan at the Doncaster branch and from start to finish the staff were brilliant. After struggling with blocked ears for a couple of months and having several doctors appointments I decided to give ear suction a try, I was still hesitant however Jan managed to remove the wax from both ears and it gave me instant relief I can’t recommend them enough.

Booked in for wax removal prior to hearing test. Gone are the days of warm water and a bowl. Extremely efficient and modern. Jan who carried out my procedure was first class she explained everything and was very knowledgeable felt much better after she explained everything to me and showed me my ear canals no hesitation 5 ⭐️

Once again received first class service from Jan with ear wax removal. Would thoroughly recommend this service, friendly, dedicated and very professional.

Had my second appointment today with Jan who was amazing, gave me some really good advice about my problem ears. She's such a lovely, friendly, professional lady.
The Receptionist whose name I unfortunately can't remember, was also very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend this establishment if you need help with hearing problems.

Lots of help and hints on fitting the hearing aid. As well as interesting facts on the wax removal. No pain, just a bit noisy.
Jan was brilliant.

The receptionist was friendly. He engaged me in conversation and offered me a drink while I waited to be seen.

The audiologist, Jan, was very determined to do a good job, so much so that, even when complications arose in my appointment that prevented her from finishing the job, she booked another one in for me for free so that she could complete the task. She was gentle and kind, frequently asking me if I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She also did a good job of explaining the technicalities of the procedure in simple terms.

After the matter, even when prompted, neither the receptionist nor the audiologist tried to sell me another service. They simply recommended that I should come back if/when I felt the need too.

Jan (Doncaster branch) was very friendly and professional. She explained the procedure clearly before she started. After she had finished I couldn't believe how my hearing had improved. Highly recommended.

Appt with Jan in Doncaster. She immediately made me feel at ease. She was very professional and explained the process to me. Result! I can now hear much better. Fully recommend Hidden Hearing and a big Thank You to Jan.

I was a little apprehensive about having the procedure but Jan from the Doncaster branch talked me through the process and really put me at ease. Jan was friendly and professional and gave me some good advice on caring for my ears. I would highly recommend having microsuction.

The appointment for wax removal by Jan at the Doncaster Store was excellent, the one issue was the over 15% increase in cost since August, my wife spent over £5000 for hearing aids & over £100 p/a for maintenance the company could include wax removal in with that fee, spent nearly £5300 with them including domes, filters & Earol, money orientated, not customer satisfaction orientated.

I'm not overkeen on earwax removal but Jan made the whole experience relaxing, friendly, informative and even enjoyable. I have absolutely no qualms about having to go through the process regularly, thanks to Jan.
