The fact that Jamie was listening to all my comments prior to my check up was much appreciated. It wasn't a case of

In general about my lovely hearing aides.
I was with Jamie for an hour, but it passed so quickly. He was very informative obviously, but explained in layman's term when needed, what was what.
Thus young man should go far

Service of my existing hearing aid was completed by Ffion ( supply audiologist from Llanelli ) carefully using new domes and microphones. Tested both my ears for wax and used sound box for my ears , She showed me new graphs compared with previous graphs. She took time to explain everything. Very useful session.

Very thorough examination and extremely pleasant gentleman who oversaw the whole process.

Comprehensive assessment with clear explanations throughout - exceptionally clear and understandable.
The assessment was professionally managed but with a friendly approach. My husband came with me proved to be beneficial as his voice was used in some of the hearing tests.

As always the staff were pleasant , helpful and knowledgeable

Myself & my wife had hearing tests 26/03/25 in the Cathedral Road Cardiff.
There is onsite parking which is good if you are older.
The audiologist ( James ) was so helpful and thorough. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking they have hearing problems to use this service.
The receptionist was so polite & helpful, so altogether a well worth having experience. We are being reviewed again in 12 months and no cost for the test either. Amazing. Thank you James & Co

I recently had a free hearing check and it found that my ears where full of wax the specialist that treated me recommended that I have my ears cleaned out. He booked an appointment for me and will check my hearing after the ears have been cleared, I was pleased with the specialist and found him to be very professional.

My dad had new hearing aids after having his others for over 5 years.
He has always felt special when he comes to seem them for anything.
This time I went with him and from the time we were greeted at the door to having a detailed examination with Jaime nothing was to much trouble.
The lady on reception has outstanding customer care and remembers everyone as individuals and makes them feel special.
Jaime also made you feel special relaxed and comfortable going through everything he was doing and answering every question we had with great knowledge.
Brilliant company and would recommend them to anyone.
