Curtis was a really helpful and lovely chap when conducting my Mum’s annual check. He was diligent, thorough and patient. A valuable asset to Hidden Hearing.

I arrived earlier than my appointmen time but was swiftly shown into have the wax removed. The results of which I was shown on the monitor. I was then given an audio test and my aids adjusted to the required new settings altogether a successful morning.

Esther was very thorough and professional and took time to explain everything from test results to the various types of hearing aids.

I was well received and offered a refreshment. Jamie the audiologist, informed me of the tests that he would be doing. He then did the tests and explained the results for each of them. He then told me of the way forward. A great service and highly recommended.

Hidden Hearing is great. The staff are friendly and always helpful and professional. Their aim is to ensure you get the best from your Hearing aids and their support package is excellent. They don't mind how many times you ask for their help or if you have any questions however trivial you might think they are, they will always help you and resolve any issues. Great service. Very friendly, comfortable experience. Did not get full hearing test, due to basic first checks showed I had wax in my ears. Going back for wax removal and basic hearing test post removal.

Members of staff were polite, helpful and very thorough.

Made to feel welcome upon arrival and the person dealing with my review listened to my concerns especially the ability to hear conversations in loud environments. He did a very thorough hearing assessment and adjusted my hearing aids to cut out the background noise in restaurants for example.

it was my first visit to hidden hearing in cardiff and i found them all very friendly and very professional and very helpful nothing was to much trouble i would definately be returning if i need to brilliant service.
