Audika - Bolton Recensioni

I have been extremely pleased with the service offered by HH and in particular Musliha. She was both efficient and friendly and took the time to ensure that I was happy with my hearing aids. I would highly recommend HH to anyone.

Excellent service and a huge improvement from my NHS hearing aids. Must admit to being a bit sceptical when I first booked the appointment but now so glad that I did. Not only do I have an improvement to my hearing but I can now take part in conversations in crowded rooms as I can hear the person speaking to me not just the noise in the room. One great pleasure is now having my radio on in the car and being able to hear it instead of just the road noise. Must admit that they are not a cheap investment but so far I do feel I have got value for money as they have made such an improvement to my life and being able to take part in it again.

My 82 Mother In Law was delighted by the ear removal carried out by Diane Cole, says worth every penny. Thank you

Very quick and straight forward process. I feel I can hear much better now thank you Diane.

Received my new aids a couple of weeks ago everything working fine so far, all good news.

Daniel and Karen at hidden hearing Bolton made my appointment a very positive and pleasant experience. They are polite, friendly, and very patient.
I would be happy to recommend Hidden Hearing Bolton to all my family and friends. Daniel and Karen thank-you to both of you, and I will see you both next spring for my 6 month review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have seen Daniel now for a number of years. Have always found him to be most efficient and a very amenable person. He. Is easy to talk to and always gives as detailed an explanation as he can.

I went to Hidden Hearing in Bolton, had the hearing test and tried Oticon hearing aids. Should have visited years ago. Work & home life vastly improved. I can actually watch TV and hearing the conversations. I had a few queries once I got the hearing aids. The Audiologist Daniel was excellent, talked me through how to sort my issues. I would & have recommended Hidden Hearing Bolton.

Hello.
My name is Peter Lowe. I recently visited Hidden Hearing in Bolton to have a hearing test as my hearing had deteriorated.
The test was carried out by Daniel who was very professional and explained that my Hearing was as I thought and it could be improved by the use of hearing aids. I was shown how the aids worked and hoe they fitted.
I agreed to go ahead and within 2 weeks I received the hearing aids. They were both set up by Daniel and he explained how they worked.
I have since been back for two more follow up appointments to see how I was managing and everything I asked was explained professionally and explained in layman's term.
I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone and would like to thank Daniel and Karen for their Professionallism and Patience. My hearing is now as it should be.
Many thanks once again.

Daniel provides excellent knowledge which has enabled him to prescribe the right hearing aids and setting for me. I can hear so much more meaning I'm not missing out on anything. Excellent customer service and care. Would highly recommend.
