I was so pleased with my treatment at Audika. The lovely Megan was so friendly but professional throughout my appointment. She explained the procedure beforehand and showed me the little videos of my ears. I will definitely return again when necessary.

Hafsah excellent
Great welcome at reception. My audiologist, Hafsah, was friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. She changed the domes on my hearing aids and adjusted them. I came out of the appointment with the best hearing I have ever had.

Was seen at the appointment time and…
Was seen at the appointment time and the audiologist explained what was going to happen before commencing my hearing test, On completion she showed me the results in comparison with my last test, She listened to the problem I was having with one of my hearing aids and has sent them off to be repaired and faired up again .

Always get a good reception at Hidden Hearing/Audika. This week's a very thorough check up and a friendly chat. Discussed getting a device for getting television sound into my hearing aids - although I've now discovered this may not be possible through the EE box (EE provide our tv broadband service).

An enjoyable experience
One I was made welcome and offered a cup of tea. But I was able to ask about things that were bothering me and all my questions were answered which was a big help. I was treated respectfully and in a lovely relaxed way.
