Lovley staff. Made me and my mum very comfortable and listened to. Staff offered us a range of drinks, explained the procedure and we're very helpful. We would highly recommend.

I went to have ear wax removal done and Jane Kershaw was absolutely amazing. She explained to me everything that was going to happen in detail. As I have never had this done before. She showed me what my ear looked like before and after. I found it amazing and would definitely go back the again when needed.

Excellent service and support from the wonderful professionals at Hidden Hearing in Bexleyheath. My very special thanks and appreciation for Jane K who carried out the removal process for me.
Everything was explained fully, the procedure was completely straightforward with no discomfort whatsoever. And I was kept fully informed about every that was taking place.
I recommend Hidden Hearing totally. Really top class service. And very friendly and welcoming too. Fully deserve a 100%, five star rating.

Wax removal at Bexleyheath branch
I received an excellent, friendly service from all the team at the Bexleyheath branch. The wax removal procedure was explained well and I was put at ease. The relief is immediate and I would certainly recommend it. I just wish I'd done it sooner...

I’ve had several appointments at the…
I’ve had several appointments at the clinic in Bexleyheath. They have always been on time, explained exactly what was going to happen and used very modern hi-tech equipment. In addition to supplying new hearing aids they have expertly de-waxed my ears as and when required. I’d certainly recommend the staff at Bexleyheath.

Good experience
Very pleasant experience, after making an appointment Hidden Hearing sent an email to confirm and also rang the day before, really well organised.
Yejide (the audiologist) was lovely, informative, and very helpful, would highly recommend. The reception staff were also lovely and friendly.
