Lovley staff. Made me and my mum very comfortable and listened to. Staff offered us a range of drinks, explained the procedure and we're very helpful. We would highly recommend.

Communication prior to appointment was great. Everything was very professional especially the staff.

After being unable to complete removing my earwax on my first visit, I was given a second appointment free of charge to complete the job.

Had my first ever hearing test. The lady on receiption was welcoming and helpful. Seen by Yejide who was really friendly and put me at ease. She talked me through everything, kept it light hearted, and made the whole process easy.

Clean facility in good condition with really great people; I don't have anything to compare with but would definitely go back and would recommend.

Everything is explained very carefully and with patience. I never feel rushed and I feel confident that the aids I have give me as good hearing as I can expect. I know that I can get in touch if I have a problem. The staff are delightful.

Great professionally but IT problems which took ages to resolve.

Well informed and shared that clearly and simply. Not ‘pushy’ in so far as recommendation for future hearing aid requirements but sensitive and laid out various options.

Everything about my hearing was explained to me in a way the I could understand

I get on well with the audiologist I see. She always makes me feel at ease with the hearing test and what needs doing. The staff are always welcoming and happy to help with anything.

The appointment was thorough, the explanations easily intelligible and the product is great.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
