I lost one of my hearing aids the staff at Barnstaple were very very helpful they claimed off of my insurance for me did all the paper work so I didn’t have to and I received new hearing aids the following week great service guys amazing service thank you 😊

After being told by another establishment they couldn't help then a visit to the doctors to be told they couldn't help; so referred me to the hospital for wax removal.
Hidden Hearing stepped up and treated me and WOW I can hear again.

Although not the cheapest hearing aids on the market compared with other well known retailers, I found Hidden Hearing Barnstaple gave an old fashioned quality professional service, were very knowledgable and did not push their product. It is dificault to acertain value for money for hearing aids. I was most satisfied with the treatment I received and would recommend them to others.
