Audika - Barnstaple Recensioni

I have been a customer in the Barnstaple branch for nearly 3 years now and nothing whatsoever is any problem for either Shaun or Sharon, who are always so helpful.
I visited Shaun a couple of weeks ago for a tweak to my hearing levels and today, Sharon was really good in organising the replacement of my Oticon ear grips.
I am never disappointed with the service I receive and if you have a hearing problem, I really cannot recommend Hidden Hearing at Barnstaple highly enough.

I had a good review Sean was very helpful

I can't be constructive, because you couldn't do any better.
The experience was very professional and the service excellent.

This was my 1st hearing test. Shaun was very friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome. He was very thorough in all the testing and gave easy to grasp and understand explanations. Can definitely recommend.

The usual excellent service provided by Shaun, the man in charge of sorting out your hearing problems This time a little tweaking of existing aids sorted out my own particuiar problem. I will be back in a year's time for a quick and efficient checkup

I would just like to say what a magnificent job Shaun the audiologist at Barnstaple did in fitting and setting up my hearing aids. He was extremely professional in every way , kind , informative, thorough and understanding . A real gentleman and a credit to his company. Highly recommended 👍😁

I have been a customer for 4 years now, and each time I visit Shaun he puts me at ease immediately, and is very professional in his advice and actions. There is always a warm welcome from Sharon on arrival, who also keeps me well up to date with appointments.
The Hearing Aids are extremely good and I can highly recommend Hidden Hearing - Barnstaple to all.

Very quick to respond to an issue over the extended Xmas period

After trying uncomfortable national health hearings aids for four months I returned to Hidden Hearing where Shaun fitted me with the latest hearing aids. They are comfortable almost invisible and sound quality is superb and natural. I am enjoying listening to music again.

The whole experience was excellent. Everything was explained very well, so that I could understood why the tests were being done. I felt very comfortable and at ease and would highly recommend this to anyone who had concerns about their hearing.

The hearing examination was comprehensive, thorough
and explained in great detail. However, I was a little surprised when the price of almost £4k for chargeable hearing aids was disclosed! Having said that, I am sure that the hearing aids are of the best quality after trying them.

Friendly reception, immediatly put at ease. Friendly discussion with both myself and my wife about my hearing/deafness and the necessary steps to deal with the problem.

Having worn NHS and off the shelf aid for several years, took the plunge to have a checkup and see if things could be improved.
Had a great initial appointment with Shaun and it was clear that I was going to be looking at not only the known issue on one side but deterioration on the other side. Had the demo of what was possible with Oticon Intent, took the plunge... Best decision ever.
Have had a checkup after the first week of wearing today minor tweaks made but they have literally changed my life.
Yes should have done it sooner.
Shaun was and is brilliant talking through everything with a manner that is a joy. Everyone at the branch are lovely. Have a month now of intense workout for them and another follow up in the New Year.
Looking forward to 2025 and hearing more than I have in the last few years.

Highly recommend Hidden Hearing Barnstaple and also the Oticon Intent with the bonus of hands free phone and so much more.

Recently I had my annual hearing test. Once again Shaun gave me his full and expert attention in his usual friendly manner. I can highly recommend Hidden Hearing Barnstaple.
Please note, this review was made by Rolf Buerger, who is my husband. Unfortunately we could only enter Trustpilot via my Google account.

Shaun always provides a great service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything really clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending him to all my friends.

This morning I had a problem with my hearing aids and I contacted Hidden Hearing Barnstaple. My call was dealt with by Sharon in a very helpful reassuring and professional manner and told me that if I went in to their shop that they would try to sort my problem out as soon as possible
I traveled in and was met by Sharon who attempted to sort out the problem until the dispenser Shaun became available.
Shaun then took over and gave my problem his utmost attention overalling and replacing worn components.
His attitude was very pleasant and professional and he took time to explain to me various aspects I had not been aware of.
I am pleased to commend them both for their friendly and professional attitude.

Been to a couple of clinicians, where they needed a Personality implant.
Not the case here. Here the clinician went all out to make me feel at ease and carried out the job professionally whilst involving me at each step.thank you
