When my hearing aids needed repair the staff at hidden hearing Ayr were so helpfull in getting me a temporary set so mine could be sent away.

The communication was outstanding especially from Shaun who conducted my test. Many thanks .

Hidden Hearing premises your made completely at ease, very friendly atmosphere, everything is explained as it should be along with a hearing test .
Would not think of going anywhere else , trust me I’ve been to a few .

Hidden hearing took over from Amplifon and I needed to have 2 new hearing aids due to losing my original Amplifon hearing aid. My new hearing aids were bulky and painful and caused swelling and rubbing in my ear and also had an antenna protruding that was very visible. I was advised that this was due to the Bluetooth it was suggested that I remove this so agreed however, I have paid £3000 for hearing aids that I feel are 2nd rated to the ones I bought from Amllifon.

The lovely Kirsty is good gentle and knowledgeable She creates a calming atmosphere

Impressed with the willingness to accommodate me for appointments even to visiting my home when it was difficult for me to visit Hidden Hearing premises in Largs. Very impressed also by the professional initial assessment of my hearing and subsequent refinements. I particularly appreciated the patience and courtesy shown to me by all the Hidden Hearing personnel who have dealt with me.

My appointment was handled promptly, and in a courteous and friendly manner.
My hearing test was conducted in the usual pleasant and efficient manner, with
the results clearly explained, and fully referenced against my previous on-file
data, indicating that any progression in my hearing deterioration was relatively
minor, all of which I found entirely satisfactory, and in line with my expectations
based on my previous experience with Hidden Hearing.

was at Ayr today for the dreaded ear wax removal job. it was very well done by Kirsty (so i might add). she had a really nice nature and explained everything prior to doing it.

Routine hearing appraisal but incorporated much new thinking as a result of the pandemic - impressive. Made to feel at home and everything carefully explained. Use of auriscope gave rise to no discomfort. Reception offered a warm welcome.

Very good experience altogether. The 4echni can was friendly and decent time explaining hearing loss and asking about my difficulties.i did not feel hurried at all and when I left I came away very satisfied that I had had a thorough examination and had been given advice about going forward. I had a phone call from the technician about 3 days ,after to check if I had any questions

This review relates to the Ayr out-consultancy in Brodick, Isle of Arran. Each visit, regardless of consultant, has been a very pleasant, rewarding experience - quick but not rushed, efficient and comprehensive.

Hi it was a very nice experience the usual guy David was busy so it was another guy who was lovely explained about new hearing aids and my discount I would get I reclined as I feel my ones a re fine at the moment
