Looked at several places to visit about possible hearing problems and emailed site and got called and got appointment same day and was examined and told what I need to do and another appointment closer to home following week for treatment

The utter professionalism of Shaun plus his very pleasant demeanour and straight forward approach

Was a very nice experience. Glen the audiologist was very very nice and went through everything precisely and easily understood. Took his time and made me feel very comfortable nothing was a bother definitely 10 out of 10 I would say to anyone who needed hearing aids this company are the best. Also on the customer contact side Izzy the receptionist was lovely as well

I enjoyed my annual checkup, the secretary and lady who did the examination were very efficient and cheerful, and I am already looking forward to next year.

This was a very well informed meeting and everything was explained in a detail that was easy to understand. There was no hard sell, and we were given time to consider our options.

Staff were fantastic and really helped me on a “bad” day!! Especially Izzy!

I arrived much too early for my appointment but was taken 20 minutes ahead of my time. My test and hearing aid refurbishment was done speedily. All in all. very good service by all concerned.

Went to our hidden hearing practice in Ayr as my hearing was getting bad was very impressed by the practice and the professional way I attended to from start to finish I was informed what was going to happen with my hearing test and my wife was there to help with the test over one hour to complete the test from start to finish so was not rushed at all and you get the results of your test right away the next day had another appointment to fit my new hearing aids the next day Shaun who was fitting them for me took his time and showed me how to fit and generally look after them absolutely brilliant service and a great after service is included cannot praise this practice enough and would highly recommend them

I have had a few appointments with Shaun Young at hidden hearing in ayr . I cannot complain about the service that I have received. The staff are professional and pleasant I would definitely recommend hidden hearing in ayr .

Isabel and Sean are always very helpful and considerate can't ask for a better service

My experience was great with this company as they are very efficient friendly and on the ball they come to your house which is a big bonus probably to a lot of people as an individual I have put this off lots of times because I needed to go somewhere so impressed with them
