My dad is 90 and tried Hidden Hearing, unfortunately they werent for him but the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Fabbiha visited a number of times trying to help him, she would often just wait outside for ages waiting for his carers to arrive, I feel she went above and beyond visiting him. In the end he decided that he didnt want them and Fabbiha arranged a full refund without quesiton. Jo was also very helpful trying to arrange appointments to help. I admit I was worried about the money he spent but shouldnt have as Fabbiha just organised it without my intervention

Just had a final visit from Hidden Hearing at my home. I would give them 10 out of 10 for service and quality. Alison Hurst was the Audiologist who visited me and fitted my hearing aid. I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone wanting a hearing aid.

Excellent friendly service, excellent explanation of the process and results of the tests. NO hard pressure sales and great hot chocolate.

Antony Moat at Hidden Hearing Altrincham has been very helpful. The tests were good and the advice helpful. There were some fine tuning matters with the hearing aids that he dealt with very quickly. He was able to take into account my requirements as a musician. He also put me at ease and is very reassuring.

I've visited the Altrincham branch twice in recent months, including a visit for wax removal, and found all the staff to be professional, friendly and welcoming. Everything went well and I've requested a reminder to visit annually to keep on top of things.

Purchased my hearing aids in December from Antony at Altrincham. A very smooth and thorough process, with clear, appropriate explanations to myself and my wife. His quiet, gentle expertise shone through.
Had a couple of tweaks needed to my aids and appreciated the same day service, efficiently and courteously arranged by receptionist.
My thanks to all. I am very happy to recommend this branch of Hidden Hearing.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Tests are undertaken and results explained in an informative and helpful manner. No pressure selling. It is clear the decisions are made by you after facts are explained.

Been going for nearly 4 years now the staff have been warm and friendly ware all the personal protection. Extremely professional lisen to your concerns and adjust your hearing .clean your hearing aids and replace anything that is necessary first class service

I had my ears cleared out today although I hadn’t really noticed a huge hearing loss. Glad i did as there was a lot of blockage. Service was very straightforward and Gabriela was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Anthony gives me confidence . It is a big thing to have to use hearing aids at first but I have received such great service from my local Hidden Hearing that I am very satisfied with my aids .

Friendly, informative service that put my mind at rest - the excellent complimentary hearing test enabled me to narrow down my next steps. Highly recommend if you suspect there is something seriously wrong with your hearing.

Staff are excellent, They made me feel so welcome & Joanne who booked my appointment was so nice & helpful & the chap that saw me Antony Moat was so nice & helpful & informative. So if you're nervous in any way I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their hearing tested or an appointment for ear wax removal.
