I was treated to the usual friendly welcome. The hearing test was smooth and efficient. As always, I was very happy with the experience.

The audiologist, David, was excellent as ever, and the premises have been refurbished.
The new receptionist booked me in for a check-up in April without checking the date with me, which I thought was a bit strange.
Unfortunately, Audika have doubled the cost of their new hearing aids, from £1,999 (which I paid around 2018) to a quote for £3,999. I appreciate there has been inflation, but not to that extent. I wonder if they will lose customers now?

I find the very very helpful they listen to you. They given good advice and he was very nice and given me a lot of time to think about even to wear my thing and go out and come back again and I think he was very good explaining things thank you.

David, the audiologist, was excellent. He used Audika’s impressive computer equipment to fully analyse my hearing. He explained the process and results clearly and concisely. He was happy to answer all my (inevitable) questions and explained what might help and why, without ever being pushy.

Trying to get through to them on the phone since the merger of Audika and Hidden Hearing is ridiculous. There are three different numbers - one in the appointment confirmation text and two different ones on the web. Tried all three for total of 45mins on Tuesday afternoon. Almost gave up in the end. No apology for the ridiculous wait time. And then they send me a reminder for the wrong date. Had to call again. Again no apology. Hopefully the actual service will remain as excellent as it was prior to the merger.

Megan is a wonderful person and she did great getting some horrible wax out of my ear. Xx

Had my first appointment for ear wax today at the Altrincham clinic. I was looked after by Megan who was brilliant, knowledgeable and first class in her treatment of me. I’d highly recommend her

Staff were really friendly. I arrived earlier as I misremembered my appointment time and they saw me when i got there.
They were professional and helpful and answered my questions.

I was seen at Guildford on time and Michael carried out an inspection of my ears and thought having a thorough clean would improve my hearing so this has been booked.
