Today I went for ear wax removal. The procedure was done in a professional manner, each step explained to me clearly. I won’t leave it so long until I visit next time.

Excellent experience
Reception at Aberdeen & then Carol-Ann were very pleasant & made me feel valued as a customer. Carol-Ann was extremely knowledgeable & very patient answering all my husband’s questions even though it was me getting a hearing test. 😊 Highly recommend going for such a thorough hearing test. Thank you

Excellent experience with Carol- Anne…
Excellent experience with Carol- Anne and Theresa, both a credit to Hidden Hearing, Aberdeen. Initial hearing check appointment with Carol-Anne showed ear wax removal required and this was completed by Theresa. Carol-Anne then carried out hearing checks for both wife and I. Very detailed and informative consultation and will both return for another check in 12 months. Highly recommended.

Annual Review

Careful and attentive
Despite a difficult wax removal , I was kept informed of progress and ultimately the offending wax blockage was removed. Belinda was very patient and careful and I am happy to return next year for hopefully an easier procedure
