I cannot recommend Audika Aberdeen highly enough! I have had my ears syringed before several times and had various audigrams in both private and NHS clinics,but,the Audika experience was far superior to anything I have had before.Theresa did a brilliant job on wax removal,I didnt feel a thing and she didnt make excuses about hard wax that couldnt come out.The audiologist Carol-Anne gave me a comprehensive understanding of my hearing problems and patiently answered all my questions and gave honest advise without any agenda.The new receptionist was also very helpful and friendly.

Donna always puts me at ease and explains every aspect of the ear and how we hear. I always come away feeling like I have the best hearing aids for my hearing loss. There are better ones available now she told me, but my budget won't stretch to the extra cost.

Have had my new hearing aids for just over a week now and I am so pleased with them. These Oticon aids are just what I needed. The support I have received from Donna Robinson in Aberdeen has been fantastic, her and Heather make you feel so welcome and go out of their way to ensure all my enquiries and needs are fully met. I recently required an adjustment and was seen the very next day and the issue resolved. My experience with these new aids is great, I recently attended a black dinner with 23 guests and I was amazed as I was able to converse easily with my fellow guests. In addition I must tell you that for the first time in my life I can hear the indicators on my car. Thank you.

Very professional staff competent in the way they conducted the test. Also how they carried out the updates to my hearing aids.Carol-Anne was very very helpful.

Mrs. Robinson is very knowledgeable and explains every step of the evaluation very clear and in language anyone can understand. She is very professional. After the full assessment I was given a trial of the aids that were fir for my specific area of hearing loss and was totally surprised as to what this technology was capable of. I never realised how bad my hearing really was until then and it was amazing.

Donna was so helpful and friendly. She made the whole experience easy. I was able to get an appointment the next day and everything about the visit was great. The facility was very modern and clean with state-of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend Audika Aberdeen.

Excellent service

Great back up service from Donna at Audika Aberdeen. Have had a few early day niggles with the hearing aids, but these have been fixed promptly.
Great to have the comfort of a back up service if you do come across any problems you may have.

I saw Teresa at the summer street branch in Aberdeen for ear wax removal. Teresa was very patient and explained what was going to happen as I was very nervous. Teresa put me at my ease and I found The whole procedure very interesting and pain free! I would highly recommend Teresa.
