At no point were we pressured into making any decisions, just given help and guidance and offered comparable information.
We were guided through the simple process and kept fully up to date with every step!

After trying to sell my property for over 12 months I decided to try an action in an effort to sell my property. After contacting a couple of other auctioneers I gave the Auction House a call, I spoke to Dan who was instantly different to the other auctioneers I had spoken to, Dan gave me an overview of how everything works but also had a friendly nature, it was at this point I knew Dan & the auction house was the one.
I meet with Dan at the property and he answered every question I had thought of since our initial chat, Dan handled all the viewings and was always on hand throughout the process, her worked tirelessly to get me a sale and kept me up to date with everything that was going all the way through. I first spoke to Dan on the 7th of July and we have completed today 6th of September. The process has been so easy I’m not sure I would ever bother going down the estate agent route ever again.
