I have had experience with Auction house twice now. My first purchase was through south Wales and the process was transparent but flat with not much help from auctioneers.
My second auction and I was looked after by Daniel Lawrence. Such a great experience. Dan was replying instantly to my queries, very often outside working hours. He had full knowledge about the properties I was interested in, including information about neighbourhood, sold prices in the area. He was informing me about the process of the auction and went absolutely above expected to negotiate extra terms with the vendor. Through the whole process I could tell that he was acting in best intrest of the seller and keeping me (the buyer) interested in purchase. His transparency and professionalism made me trust him 100% and I wish all agents would be so prepared to do the job as Dan. Thank you Dan.
