We bought 3 flats in the North East post auction and Joe and his team brought vendor and buyer together to make a deal happen. Really positive experience.

It was an absolute please to work with Puja on the sale of our property. She is extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us secure the sale for a price we are very pleased with. Next time we sell a property be will go strange to Auction House London and ask for Puja Rawal.

I cannot thank Noah Meranda at Auction House London enough for his incredible support. After a stressful Section 21 eviction where my own letting estate agent failed to even ask the departing tenant for the keys, Noah stepped in to save the day.
My ex-tenant was incredibly difficult to deal with. Noah went the extra mile by tracking her down, communicating with her, and traveling out to a faraway train station just to collect the keys and get the key return acknowledgment signed. Thanks to his swift action, I secured vacant possession immediately and avoided weeks of stressful delays.
On top of that, Noah gave me expert advice on the ideal guide and reserve prices to ensure a successful auction sale. He is a true asset to Auction House London, highly professional, and deeply committed to his clients. I cannot recommend him enough!

Over the past three months, I have sold two of my London properties with the assistance of Noah Meranda from Auction House. Throughout the process, Noah was exceptionally responsive and helpful, often taking the time to answer my questions outside normal business hours.

What impressed me most was his accurate understanding of the market. During the sale of the first property, he strongly recommended underwriting at a particular level. I decided not to follow his advice at the time, but in hindsight, I should have done so, as his assessment proved to be correct.

I would not hesitate to work with Noah again and would gladly contact him if I were to sell another property in the future.

Nice and easy house sale, kept well informed through out, no complaints

I like this company. Very efficient and quick before and after the purchase I made, keeping me informed all the way. Actual auction bidding is easy and they give you time to think and make a bid. I would have given it 5* but you have to make a deposit to bid (which is fair enough), and if you are successful in your bid you then have to find 10% of the purchase price fairly quickly (again ok), however they don't let you use the deposit amount they already have. This is returned to you when they have the 10%. Seems strange to me unless there is some legal thing going on here.

First time selling a property through Auction , Puja and her team have been excellent, helpful throughout. Would highly recommend their services. For ease, reassurance and efficiency.

They don't show up their own viewings, paid for an uber to visit a property and the tenant wouldn't answer the door. They 'took full responsibility' but didn't make any effort to set up another viewing. I guess their apology makes up for the uber!

I had no knowledge of the auction world but on my first contact with the Valuer the message I received was that Auction House had the right attitude to dealing with customers. He explained to me what I should expect from him and what is expected of me in order to give me an idea as to whether I wanted to go forward. During the whole time and until auction day and after, all procedures to be ventured were explained and he made sure that I understood everything, so that the decision was fully mine and not his. There were times I would either forget what I had been told or I did not fully understand; but nevertheless, he was always patient,helpful and respectful. I fully trusted the Valuer from the beginning. He is a gold star which can only reflect that of Auction House. I would definitely recommend Auction House to anyone.

I would like to thank Max Smith and his colleagues at Auction House London for their splendid service. They made the selling of my late brothers flat very easy for me.
I live in Norwich and my late brothers flat was in Bow. East London. It was a daunting prospect to me as I lived so far away. But it was made easy for me by Max and his colleagues.

Puja and her team were excellent from start to finish, fantastic customer care. The process was very smooth!

Had a simple query about a house. No response to several emails, all with confirmation received no response. Left 2 telephone messages and neither returned.
Managed to send me several sales emails though.
Lost all faith.

Thanks Olivia and all the Team for your help, Bought a property in Enfield for under £364k. The property needed minimal work. We now rented it out at £2450 per calendar month. We were helped along the way and been guided throughout. We will be back for more. If you think auction buying is daunting, think again, IMO it’s the best way to get yourself a bargain property investment with a straightforward easy buying process.
