I have purchased two items from cex PlayStation 3 and now my sports watch both came in good condition and quickly and I have had no issues I fully recommend if you're looking for second hand to look at this website first and the prices are reasonable.

First time ordering - wrong power supply
First time ordering, the item received had a wrong power supply so the router I bought didn’t function, thankfully I had another router with the same power supply so was able to test the router and it was working. I like the item so I didn’t return and instead requested cex to ship the right power supply but it’s gonna take 3-4 weeks, so will wait for that so that I can use 2 routers and cover the whole house. On the positive side, the customer service responded well and was able to sort it out but would just have to wait.

Delivery kept a Parcel at wrong apartment. And i got product with wrong power cord that supposed to be 12V 2A but it was 1A. So i had to buy a new power cord.

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days. As items are sent from stores across the country, we ask customers to allow up to 14 days for delivery, as outlined in our website FAQ. This also allows time to trace any orders that may be delayed or lost in transit.
Tracking details are provided so you can check the latest delivery status directly on the courier's website. However, we do not currently have a process in place to send separate automated updates once an order has been delivered.
I can see that your order was dispatched on 1 October and delivered on 6 October, which was within our usual delivery timeframe, taking the weekend into account.

CeX an array from Retro to Modern releases
CeX has a vast array from Retro PS1, original Xbox all the way up to modern releases at fantastic prices. I recently purchased 17 PS5 and 21 Xbox 360 and Xbox One games for $800. Saved even more money with half being able to click and collect at my Local store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will be along time customer with death of physical media in the near future. And having access to good price retro classics let's me build an entirely new collection that I would otherwise struggle to find anywhere else. Absolutely a 10/10 for any gaming enthusiast, or bargain hunters
