Great service and product, i I would always recommend CEX for all your phones, laptop, games, etc. Its better then buying new one.

2 of the games I ordered don’t work
2 of the games I ordered don’t work. The phone might not even work properly still sorting out its issues. And when I try to return them I get a run around.

All hardware items we buy are tested before purchase and the optical media products are checked to ensure they are in fully functional condition. Only once they pass our set guidelines are they bought and sold.
However, I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the games and phone you received and I understand that you are looking to return them under our warranty.

I had an issue with an item I bought from CeX Australia, but they handled my concern perfectly. They accepted my request and processed my refund without any problems. The customer service team was very helpful and made the whole experience simple and easy.

Misleading Information
I ordered a B grade phone expecting it to have some wear and tear but remain functional. When turned on it had a battery replacement warning and the battery lasted 4hrs under normal use. The batteyr also fails to charge while the phone is on. The product description was highly misleading. Beware!

Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. I asked for a refund for the difference from what I ordered and what I got, they refuse saying I need to send the product back. I have already set up all my app and the new phone, and even thought I told them I was going overseas and it was the only phone I had they didn't want to refund the difference. I only ordered online because I couldn't find the dual sim. I got the single sim. I could have had a single sim for half price face to face in my area.

Illegible label meant no delivery
The address on the parcel was unable to be read by Aus Post. This meant that I never received a failure to deliver card and if I had waited the recommended 14 days, it would have been sent back to sender. Honestly, printing a label correctly should be the bare minimum for delivery of a product. Please do better!
