Terrible customer service. They treat you so badly. Stay away from this company. There are lots of storage company as well to pick from.

Having used storage in London in the past, my expectations were in the dirt this time around. My spirit has been renewed! I had a great load-in experience with Attic, whom couldn't have been more helpful, attentive and understanding, especially Karl, who was exceptional from the get-go. A real pleasure to be looked after by such professionals. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a place to put their things

Great service from start to finish. Inquired about possibility to store with only a short lead time and was assisted quickly and efficiently. Set-up itself was super easy, and fair prices, too. Even when on the day of storing my stuff I required a bigger unit, it was absolutely no problem. Shoutout to Karl & Daniel who were there every step of the way.

Great customer service. Karl was really helpful, friendly, well informed and patient with the signing up process and getting us into our unit. We organised it very last minute and he made it simple and straightforward. The units are secure, in a well lit building and are easy to access at any time. Would recommend!

I had a great experience with Attic Self Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. A special thanks to Daniel, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He provided clear information, answered all my questions, and made everything hassle-free. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out. Highly recommend Attic Self Storage, especially for their excellent customer service!

The daunting task to clear my flat for a refurbishment, Karl and Daniel made this entirely possible. Their attention to detail and reassurance of how storage works quickly put me at ease. The facility is secure with the double barrier/gate at the loading bay entrance (although people tail gate), CCTV throughout, and Capital radio is playing throughout the facility which takes the edge off what would otherwise be a bit of a spooky place. Nothing was any trouble with Karl, and Daniel and Karl remembered my name each time. Karl called me at 5pm on move in day to check everything was fine. That's great customer service, something we don't get much of these days. The storage rooms are locked with padlocks, which might seem old school (Beckton is an app), but padlocks don't go wrong, apps do - or people leave their phone in the unit and get locked out. Highly recommended.

Very good experience today. Danny at Bow was efficient and informative all the way through the process and as it is my first time dealing with a storage company this was very helpful. Charges are simple and clear and the facility is very easy to use

Excellent storage facility but what makes it super special are the staff/ customer service. All members of staff go above and beyond to ensure all goes well, they all deserve a raise.

Terrible experience - unhelpful in assisting me in reporting a missing laptop when we moved out of the unit.

Your response once again is testimony of how terrible is the service you offer - the laptop was reported missing to your Ops Manager 4 days after we have moved out of the unit.
