Today I had the most gratifying experience with one of your techs. He was professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable. He resolved my issue and it didn't take all afternoon and he also answered my questions. If I could give hime a rating of 100 I would because he was just outstanding

Steve was terrific
Steve was terrific. I needed help and guidance upgrading a microsoft office app, microsoft of course was not helpful, and Steve understood my need perfectly and worked with me to do a trial download. Turned out my computer would not support it but he spent some time finding a workaround product (which he could not sell me!) but he still stayed with me patiently with my questions until I understood what I needed to do. Atomsoftware is your go to! Make it your first stop!
