Charles was amazingly knowledgeable about complicated license issues related to retaining personal use of some software and staying with institutional use of email.

Charles was very helpful in getting Microsoft Office installed onm my Mac. I having conflicts with a previous verions of Office 365 and in less that 15 minutes he had it working!

I purchased a license and am new to this operating system. I had issues and was a bit frustrated because I wasn't able to get it downloaded. Fortunately enough Atom listed their real phone number where an actual person walks you through the process, My Support came from "Steve" very nice person who seamlessly got me up in running in a matter of no time. Took me longer to write a review than for them to help me out. It was literally a pleasure to work with them.

I was having issues with my office account. I would get warning that my free trial was up, but I had paid for the full version. Arpan (or Steve), my tech support, agent was more than helpful. At one point we had to restart my computer, but it took well over an hour, because of updates and my internet is slow. Arpan stayed on the line with me. Because of my computer, we were not able to resolve issue in one day, but Arpan followed up with me the next day. It was very refreshing working with an actual person who cared about the issues I was having.

Great experience A plus plus!!! Very nice person on the phone and helped me when I was completely lost. Resolution given quickly! Highly recommend!!
