Steve did a phenomenal job in helping me download the software. Through the process he was patient and professional. I read the other reviews then did a search on the internet to see if this company was legit. Everything was positive so I made the purchase. We had some challenges initially because we logged into my wife's Microsoft account and it pulled up a previous license that expired. Steve was very methodical and patient as we worked through getting the software downloaded. After some effort, it works like charm. I'd recommend this for others and have two other new computers I will use this company for downloading the one computer license.
