Thanks Mr/Mrs Walters! We hope you are pleased with your doors. We really appreciate your custom.
We never received a door that we paid for , or a replacement even though Atlantic acknowledged they didn't get the door in
No sure if I've got the exact date , but we paid for a door , Atlantic acknowledged that they couldn't provide it any more , they were going to provide an alternative but never did, also no refund..
I think this is just a mistake, but we're still out of pocket

Hi Terry, we're really sorry to hear this. This is absolutely not the service we want to give our customers. It sounds like this order slipped through the net but we are committed to making it right for you. Our colleague, George, has emailed you for more information and to arrange your refund. Thanks.

Sometimes this can mean customers wait a little longer than we would like, but our priority is to serve customers as quickly as possible without compromising on the customer service we are known for. We hope you were happy with your timber and hope to see you in store again.

Thanks for your review Aiden. We appreciate your feedback on the cost of delivery. We try our best to keep delivery costs as low as possible for our customers but the nature of the product, such as long lengths and heavy weights, can affect the cost. We are also bound by the current increase in fuel costs. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you again.

Hi Carl, we're sorry to hear there was a problem with your order. We do everything we can to rectify issues on the rare occasions they occur, and would really appreciate the opportunity to put this right for you. We've looked into this but as your order was over two years ago we are struggling to understand what happened. If you email us at info@atlantictimber.co.uk with further information we will look into this as a priority in the hope we can come to a resolution. Thanks.
Pleasantly Surprised.
I ordered some pine cornice and it arrived really well-packaged and protected. I was pleasantly surprised to find the pieces straight and knot-free at what I consider to be an excellent price compared with competitors. A company I feel I can highly recommend based on two past orders.

Purchase of Bead Moulding
The service from Atlantic Timber is excellent. I was looking for some bead moulding of a specific size to replace a decorative feature on my wood front door and sourced it online from this company. I needed to check beforehand about delivery and ordering on the website, so phoned the company's landline. On both occasions my call was answered promptly and dealt with in a very friendly manner. Furthermore, I ordered online on Friday afternoon, and received the delivery on Monday. Highly recommended.
