I feel like I’ve been let down by reception team not understanding my needs. And suggesting me to go else where for treatment was because they thought I was being awkward when it was because I have trouble explaining myself.
I have emailed a couple of times for responses but I still feel let down.
Shame as the dentist and other staff have been amazing. But that trust has now gone.

At Home Dental came to visit our Dad in his care home. The dentist and the assistant spoke directly to Dad, making him feel comfortable for his initial screening check-up. It was great to hear his teeth were in good condition and the care home staff are looking after the teeth. We won't have follow-up only because his teeth are in good condition and he doesn't eat solids, so there is little risk. He he would eat, then we would sign up.

First experience of this company in our care home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional kind and empathetic to the needs of our residents, Sally and Anjali were wonderful. Thank you for providing a wonderful service and look forward to your return visits

Anjali and Sally visited woodlands park care center today they were so great with all of our residents nothing was too much trouble they spoke to each resident as a individual asked them about their day and previous jobs they had done in the past they took the time to listen to them all of our residents were very happy with the service they received today . Absolutely brilliant service we are glad as a home they visited and look forward to there next visit.

The pleasant and efficient manner of both Julie and Kirsty. Also Julie's voice was clear and audible to my husband. Audibility and clarity of voice makes a huge difference to my husband who is very deaf. We would like them to come next time. Anne Baring

Excellent service and so happy I used this. I work from home and was great to not have to leave the house and disturb the working week. Anna & Nurse (Portsmouth) did an amazing job and made it painless and superb job. Highly recommended

At Home Dental very impressive service honest advice courteous people.

Excellent service from the At Home Dental team for the fitting of a new denture for my 99 year mother in a care home. She is very happy with her new teeth, thanks very much.

Very positive experience in a dementia unit. I visited later in the day after Syd had had a deep cavity filled. When I asked him how it was he explained in his own way how clever they were and that they had done a great job. I had a telephone call plus email explaining what was going to happen, then what had happened including the next steps. So far very happy.

Arrived 0n time, very friendly and caring service. Would use again.

At home dental interacted with my husband very sensitively. He has Alzheimer’s and can be unpredictable. When they visited him in his care home for a second dental appointment and he refused any further treatment, they didn’t force the issue and only charged me a reasonable call out fee. I found them to be very professional and good communicators. It is very helpful for me to know that such a “visit dental patients within their care home” service exists, as taking my husband to a new dentist out of his usual surroundings could be problematic.

I utilised the services of At Home Dental to carry out an oral hygiene check on my 94 year old mother who is in residential care in Bracklesham Bay after she suffered a broken off tooth.

Due to my mums health and her age she was unwilling to travel to a dentist surgery.

Mum was seen in the comfort of her room at the home by Roseanne and Maisie of At Home Dental.

These ladies were excellent in the way in which they communicated, reassured and dealt with mum, explaining what they were doing the situation that they found after a full oral check. X-Rays and photos were taken which were forwarded to us to allow us to review and decide on any action that mum felt willing to proceed with.

For those of nervous disposition or who are aged or informed and concerned about what the problems may be this relaxed and informative way of handling the process is very reassuring especially as this all happens in their “home”

I think that we have been very lucky to have found At Home Dental and especially Roseanne and Maisie and can heartedly recommend their services

My 92year old mum has recently had new top dentures made for her the dental technition and the nurse were both very kind caring undestanding and helpful with both myself and my mum.The denture plate fits very well and the teeth are a great match with her own.Also mums experience with the dentist was very good and not trumatic as she is quite a nervous patient.
my only issue was being able to contact the reception team as they seemed to be extreamly busy
the other problem was being able to give a shorter time scale as to when they would arrive at the care home only due to the fact that mum wanted me to be present at her appointments.

I am tremendously impressed by the service offered by At Home Dental and particularly in the quality of care given by Bob. As well as being highly professional, he is kind, patient and helpful in every way. I have never known a dentist to accommodate the patient in the way he does. I hope he will always be available to look after my dental needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
