My emails to customer service are getting lost or ignored. My order was put “on hold” indefinitely? I’ve asked for a refund and been ghosted. At this point I can’t recommend because they haven’t processed my order but are keeping my money.

you purchased the order in a timely manner but it has been a week and I still have not received the product.

Truthfully I had a bad experience with them both times I ordered, lot of trouble getting my order shipped and had to nag their support for a response, however they did ship my order and added a free vile to make things right and I do appreciate that recognition and effort.

Received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion.

The company has not responded to numerous requests for update about the status of my order. It was placed two weeks ago, and has not shipped. I have emailed 4 times and not received a response.

I ordered Oct 22nd. Email said order completed. Even got email asking for feedback. I have emailed 3 times inquiring. No response. Still no product!

Takes to long for them to ship even paying extra for delivery

I made my order a week ago. The email they sent me just had a bunch of broken links. I have contacted support 3 times with no response. Still no peptides.

Edit: I did end up receiving my products. I never got a response from customer service, however they shipped out the same day I posted this review. That same day I also went to their website and contacted their customer service through there. Not sure which one prompted the shipping of my product, but I did get it and it was good quality.

I ordered on 8/22. Paid at the same time. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't revieved my order or a reply to any of emails I've sent this week. I did get one response the second week saying they missed the order and could refund or send it out with a few extras. At that point I canceled the venmo dispute. Not a peep since then and no order either. And venmo won't open another dispute. I'll happily edit my review if I actually recieve what I paid for and an email response would be great.

Edit: after this review and several emails, I did finally receive my order. I never got an email response or the extras that were promised in the only reply I ever got a week after ordering. It took a month and 2 days to get my order. Do not expect communication if you have a problem. Very disappointed.

No matter how much I order, I have signed up for rewards and still can’t get any rewards.
