I see why they've started getting bad reviews because they are so slow. I ordered on 5/4 and it's now 5/6 nothing not even a confirmation that they received my order. And i've already paid.
Editing: they responded.
Because I complained. And I get a ten dollar credit. I still think you have to stay on them. That is just my opinion. From previous interactions with this company.

Have been buying from This company for a long time. And I ordered and paid in January and sent proof of Venmo and still no product. Have emailed them several times over they answered once and said they had new customer service and would send me my product. But then nothing following and I’ve sent various emails since. So won’t be buying anymore. And or recommending them as I have for a couple years now.

I ordered my product on 01/30 and…
I ordered my product on 01/30 and payment was processed already and have not received my order yet as of 02/14. No emails with any updates as well
EDIT*** after writing this review they did make it right and quickly fixed the issue. They had my product out for delivery the next day and issued me an extra of the product I ordered. I appreciate the response back and the promptness to get my order out. Thank you!

Dont waist your time or money
I made a purchase on December 21st, paid for the products that I chose the same day. After a while I checked my orders on the website and saw, and still shows, on hold. I emailed the support email given on there website and received no feedback. At this point I would strongly urge anyone that is considering purchasing peptides to bypass this company/website and look at peptide sciences or peptide direct. This site is 1000% a scam.

Update: The seller reached out, apologized for the delay, and made things right. This is the customer service I’m accustomed to from this company, and I’ll be happy to continue doing business with them in the future.

A slight delay, but always worth the wait
Paid for my order on December 22 and had no meaningful communication or status update for more than two weeks.
Eventually, my order did ship and extra research product was included for the delay. I’ve used the vendor many times in the past and typically there is a very quick response time and turnaround.
