Never received my product and sent message to customer service with no reply . Paid thorough Zelle and it cleared . No email about confirmation or product sent or tract .

The communication and response time in my experience has been below the normal standard. I placed an order on December 16th, made the payment and still on December 30th have not received confirmation or tracking for the order. The money has been taken from my account without any response for my order.

I placed my order on December 10th, paid the same day, and my order is still on hold. I have emailed the customer service almost daily since then (since the website says it ships much sooner) and have had no response. It is now 14 days later. We are excited to get our product, but concerned that we paid and have not been given updates on our order after numerous attempts to contact them. We hope we love it if we ever get the product!

Ordered the product on Dec 11th and paid via Venmo same day. Have not received the product. Emailed support on Dec 16th to request an update because its shows on hold and no reply.

Checkout is difficult my order says it’s on hold only had Zelle as payment option but no way to access zell

Placed an order, sent zelle same day, I emailed and asked for status and they haven't gotten back to me. It's only been a couple of days.

UPDATE: they emailed me saying they had their old zelle on their account and to zelle another one, I don't want anything from them anymore because who did I send that $73.50 to?

UPDATE AGAIN: they reached back out to me and gave me a refund, I really do appreciate that they did that, they definitely want to please their customers and in the future I may consider them again.

Horrible customer service. Extremely slow response or none at all. Could not process payment therefore never was able to get the order.

I've sent several emails, reached out to the admin for their Facebook page and haven't received any response on why I have yet to get my order. I placed and paid for the order on Oct. 15th and am still waiting. Majorly disappointed!

I thought it was good. Fast shipping and delivery once your accepted my zelle. Could you pamphlet in the package about product

Quick shipping and excellent product.

When I ordered it told me I had free shipping . Then after I purchased it, it charged me for shipping. It also said because I ordered 8 of them, I’d receive FREE Bac water and I didn’t receive that either. I also order semagultide 10.5 mg and I got 12.37 mg and that has happened a few times now so nothing order from this site is consistent. I spent $981 and I’m beyond disappointed.

It took a month to get everything resolved but in the end they were unable to ship to me because I am not in the USA.

The company fully refunded me

I have yet to receive my order, and the customer service told me a week ago that they’d let me know the following day whether or not it had shipped, and they’ve yet to follow up. I’ve sent two follow up emails trying to find out if my order has shipped. Highly unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve never had issues with this company before but I’m wondering if their quality has dropped over the past 6 months since their packaging has changed as well. Super disappointed.

EDIT:
I did receive my package on 10/14 (order was placed and paid for on 9/9). Communication w/ the company was spotty - they did not respond to many of my emails until I requested a refund. I've never had this problem in the past year I've been using this company, and I haven't heard of anyone else I know who orders from them having an issue with them. I recommend them often, and after this experience I'm not sure if I'll be able to recommend them going forward. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was a frustrating situation to say the least. Updated from 1 star to 2 stars due to them finally sending the product, and will adjust higher if I decide to go with them again in the future and have a better result.

Took payment, never fulfilled order and won't respond to repeated emails or refund request.

Only trouble I had was setting up the Zelle payment account. Once set up they were quick at dispersing and shipping. Received order in 4 days
