We recently used Snag List Pro, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Grant was exceptional. Grant did a brilliant job inspecting the house, and did a thorough examination of both inside and outside of the property.

Many of the issues raised were agreed to be rectified by the house developers, making it worth the money, and for the peace of mind.

The service Grant provided was easy to book, friendly and very through in his inspection. Report was prompt and delivered quickly. We had previously look around the house and found a few defects and was wondering if having a snagging inspection was worth the money. He found so much more then we had and also a few water leaks which could have caused us a headache and also potentially damage to our new property. If you are like us and wondering if paying a professional to carry out the inspection on your behalf is worth the money. I would say 100% it is and you won’t regret it. Very happy with the service provided.

Grant was professional and friendly and did a very thorough job snagging our new building house. Really easy communication, knows what he’s doing and I’d definitely recommend to others.

Grant was amazing from start to finish. He told me exactly what the day would involve, even using thermal cameras and drones to make sure nothing was missed. He was clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing so I felt reassured with the information he shared with me throughout the day. The final report was also very detailed and I felt confident with my purchase.

Grant even helped with some issues I had after the visit with my single brick garage wall and a neighbours shed. He offered a really helpful solution to stop the stains coming through at the time of the visit but I changed phones and didn't have the message anymore, went back to him and he was prompt at responding to share this information again.

In this day and age where customer service seems to be dying out, I can safely say that isn't the same for Grant who was amazing. I would definitely recommend, thanks again for all your help.

Grant was very flexible around dates and times and did a thoroughly professional job on our new build. The developers also commented on his eye for detail, which is another great testament to his work.

I was recommended Grant from a family friend, so pleased I went ahead with him! He was able to offer me a last minute cancellation slot which was really handy as this was ahead of getting the bulk of my furniture moved in.
He was super friendly and knowledgeable, which was perfect as a first time buyer who knows nothing about snagging and the potential areas of poor workmanship!
I was hesitant to even do a snagging exercise as I had naively assumed there wouldn’t be much wrong with a new build, but I’m so glad I did as there were a number of issues found.
Grant produced a detailed report in a timely manner which I was then able to send immediately to the developers, who were quick to make repairs.

Highly recommend Snag Pro Scotland. Derek spent the full day, thoroughly checking our home, finding faults we would never have known of. He was highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
We definitely feel it was excellent value for money, his report was extremely detailed and with us within a few hours. We could then confidently pass this onto our site manager, ensuring we would get all the issues he highlighted sorted.

We would highly recommend Grant and his professional snagging reports. He identified many issues that we would not have noticed for months (if ever) which meant we could promptly report them to our developer. Very professional, friendly and great communication.

Grant was excellent from the start to finish. His attention to detail was spot-on and lots of issues were identified that I would never have noticed myself within the first 10 days in order to report them to our developer. Although mainly cosmetic issues were found, there were some bigger issues that we would have never had the knowledge or expertise to notice ourselves - worth every penny for the reassurance alone.
