Ricky phoned 30 min before arrival and was very polite he checked the system and carried out the wor quickly and efficently, once all work was complete Ricky ensured that all materials and the area was cleaned away and tidy. A very good service provided

Adam arrived well on time, was polite, very efficient and explained everything he was doing. He also checked that we knew and understood how to get the best results from the solar panels I.e when was best to use the electric, not to overload the usage and what electrical items would use more electricity. Great service!!

Dealt with Shannon from the legal department who was very helpful and quick to reply and assist me in the sale of a property for my clients. First time dealing with ASG's legal team and working in the legal field myself it is communication like that shown by Shannon which makes matters progress quickly and efficiently.

This is about customer service well the lack of. We have a dead bird under our panels as the agreement says we are not allowed to touch or modify in any way. All we have asked is the bird be removed and bird protection fitted to stop it happening again. If they were my panels this is what I would do but not allowed under their contract. All they have done on any communication is spout the legal this and legal that. Seems this will not make any difference with their attitude they don’t care less
I had an enquiry and spoke to Izabela who sorted it quickly and efficiently really impressive

Craig was amazing he came fully prepared and know exactly what to deal with. Even since I moved to the property i don't know where the meter switch is. He showed me and explained how the solar panel works. Lastly the job was neatly done

We are in the process of moving home and our buyers solicitor had some queries that were raised over our solar panels (installation, ongoing maintenance etc). I had know idea of the answers so an email was sent to ASG’s legal department. They responded within 24 hours with all the answers, absolutely brilliant thank-you.

Excellent experience yet again. Adam was helpful and friendly and even took time to get to know the dogs. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently without any fuss. Also took time to explain the best way to use the solar panels…superb service
