Great system, very effective, cheap energy and good follow up from Tyler

I have been dealing with Tyler and I have had Excellent service from him

Mark explained the whole system thoroughly, and would recommened to anyone thinking about having a more efficient system. Me and my Husband are watching the monitoring everyday, now on the Cosy tariff to help us run the heat pump, and can already see the benefits.

I am extremely concerned about my recent experience with Tres Energy.

I care for an elderly lady who was initially contacted by Tres Energy by telephone. During that call, she was told there would be a follow-up call at 10am on another date. However, instead of receiving a phone call, a man named Mark turned up at her home.

We had understood this to be an appointment lasting around an hour. Instead, Mark told her that her EPC needed updating, showed her photographs of her loft and moisture, and began discussing work that he said needed to be carried out. He then quoted around £8,000 for quilt lining in the loft.

What I found particularly concerning was that what was supposed to be an hour-long appointment lasted almost three hours.

Throughout the visit, I found Mark to be rude, passive-aggressive and extremely persistent. I stayed for the entire appointment because I was concerned about her being pressured into agreeing to expensive work. Given her age and vulnerability, I did not feel comfortable leaving her alone with someone who was being so persistent about work costing such a significant amount of money.

An £8,000 expense is a huge financial decision. I believe someone in this position should be given plenty of time to consider the proposal, discuss it with family or carers and seek independent advice. They should not feel pressured into making a decision during a lengthy sales visit in their own home.

I found the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. The fact that Mark remained there for almost three hours, despite the appointment supposedly being for around an hour, was particularly concerning.

I would strongly advise anyone caring for an elderly or vulnerable person to be present throughout any appointment with this company and to be extremely cautious about agreeing to expensive work during a home visit.

This experience has left me very concerned about the way Tres Energy conducts these appointments and how vulnerable customers are treated.

I strongly advise to not have anything to do with this predatory company.

The installation was very neat and tidy. Riz the assesor was very knowledge at explaining the system to us. We can see the monitoring which is helpful, and benefits from the batteries. Now we are increasing more capacity to our system looking forward to more reduction

Very very happy, Mark was brilliant. Explained things very well, happy with savings so far and look forward to winter and the system helping me run my heat pump on octopus cosy tariff. Install team have been really good, I look at the monitoring 3 times a week.

Mark soon diagnosed problem with heat pump power
usage more than batteries could provide
and recommended a solution. Install team were neat and tidy.
