Outstanding boiler service
Rob was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived on time, parked sensibly without blocking anyone, and got straight to work. Polite, hardworking, and clearly very skilled, he carried out a thorough boiler service with real attention to detail. He explained what he was doing, offered helpful advice, and left everything clean and tidy. The boiler is running better than it has in years. Proper craftsmanship, honest service, and a genuinely decent bloke. Highly recommended.

I needed a restriction taken off the Land Registry urgently as I am moving house. I called Lee at 9am and within less than 2 hours, the restriction was off and a copy of the deed sent to me. Fantastic! Thank you Lee.

Spoke to Lee, as sorted appointment out for tomorrow, don't understand why the engeerner can turn gas of and go with out sorting problem, then I have to spend over 24 hours getting someone back.
Makes sense for engerner to speak to someone there and then and get job done

We’ve had our boiler from A Shade Greener for nearly 15 years now, and the service has been consistently excellent from day one. Any issues we’ve had over the years have been sorted incredibly quickly, often the very same day, and always without any fuss.

The service engineers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference. A special mention to Sarah in customer service as well – she’s always been quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we’ve needed support.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of reliability and customer care over such a long period. Highly recommended!

Went above and beyond to ensure an engineer visited today ro inspect and repair my leaking boilet

I was asked to check the fuse and on calling back, Scott was able to locate a technician who should be with me before noon today. He is an angel. Thank you, Scott.

Engineer Rob came as arranged and all was done and dusted within timeframe. Excellent service all round. Thanks ASG.

Had an error code come up on the boiler and rang out of hours for help. Left a voicemail and the next morning got a call from Lee, who arranged for an engineer to come out to fix the problem - despite the fact that we had, after a few tries, got the boiler to restart. All sorted now!

Our boiler has developed a fault, 1st call could only get an engineer on Monday, 4 days hence, a 2nd call later in the day to " Jodie" resulted in an engineer being booked for 16:00 today, which when yo have a contract is what you want, thank you "Jodie"

Words can't express how thankful I'm why because your service is wonderful truthful and helpful over all great

Lee was on time and sent me a text before arriving, very polite and mindful of the carpets as it was raining heavily. Fast efficient service with a smile. Everything working when he left.
