Panels not producing electricity
Elderly uncle got a call saying his panels not producing electricity so they sent electrician out . Engineers name Mark Morgan . Great lad. Rang us 30 mins before as we requested , sorted problem out new inverter fitted, no problems.

Prompt(ish) action
Our solar panels stopped producing electricity and after a couple of days A Shade Greener contacted us to let us know, although we knew already from our smart meter monitor. We were told to reset a switch which had tripped, which we did. This didn't solve the problem, so I emailed the company. I received a phone call within a couple of hours to say an engineer needed to come out to replace a part, and this was arranged for 2 weeks' time. Hopefully all will go to plan and we'll be producing electricity again!
