I honestly wasn't sure how our order was going to go. I saw their website and it felt a little clunky and their prices seemed maybe a little too good to be true. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. When I got the frames, they came unharmed and very well packaged. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality for the price. Thanks for the great experience!

Finding exactly what I want is easy and shipping is fast, considering it's a very specific order. Will be ordering again, since I tend to get fixated on specific features.

I needed a really unique frame size for a poster and ArtToFrames had it! Not only that, it was at an affordable price and shipping didn’t cost an arm and a leg considering the size and weight of the frame. It looks amazing! Would 100% buy frames here again in the future.

Great experience all around! My custom frame arrived quickly and it was perfect. I am an artist and needed specific dimensions/style to work with my large prints. I was able to design a mauve/pink frame and it is beautiful! I will be ordering again for sure!

Pricing is really reasonable, and quality is very good. My order arrived really quickly, though one frame was damaged from shipping. The customer service agent I spoke with about the damaged item was so helpful and kind and offered multiple options to resolve the issue- which I really appreciated. They ridiculously overcharge for this product. I paid close to $80 for a frame and picked one of their standard sizes. I went with the cheaper options (acrylic not glass, the wood didn't have an option). It's a total piece of garbage for the price. You're better off ordering from amazon if it's simple. They don't attach the required parts to hang the frame and the screws they provided were longer than the frame is thick and would have ruined the product. It's just this quality was the quality of a cheap $20 frame from china. Not 4x the price. If you have nice artwork take it to a professional and spend the money to have it done right. If you are just looking for a cheap frame you will get one from them but it will be way overpriced

I had ordered a frame for a certificate and they sent me the piece of cardboard that goes inside for the frame for the price of $30 including $15 delivery.
When we call to have the matter solve, they only wants to return $5. back. Their customer service is the worst. I will never buy anything from them again.

I was excited to order a frame from Arttoframes but once I received it, it was terrible quality - the wood was cracking and the frame itself was nothing like what was shown on the site. The video shows a frame that works, however, I received a box with a sealed back that you can't add photos into.

I paid $70 for shipping to Canada and they said they wouldn't pay for shipping back and didn't take any responsibility for sending the wrong item.

It was awful (non-existent) customer service. They inserted a print into the frame that looked like it was done on a cheap homemade printer. I am a professional photographer that has worked with many printing companies and framing businesses and this is by far the worst.

I have bought three frames from arttoframe.com and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Each piece was different, and I used the chat to sort out what my best options were. The frames and the glass arrived quickly, and each was spot on and exactly what I'd expected. I have told all of my friends about this company. Prices are reasonable and the frame options are good.

The poorest quality frame I ever purchased for my art. The frame came unfinished-only the front came satined in a color that wasn't the same as that which appeared on the website. The wood used for the frame appeared to be four leftover pieces from another job. The back of the frame was left unstained, with several different dirt stains and what appeared to be water stains. I have photos if anyone is interested.

We were simply amazed at the quality level arttoframes delivered.
The photo quality was perfect...the matting was perfect as well as the frame joints. It's not easy to do gallery level work, but they sure did.
I'm so relieved to have found THE place to get my projects done. Fast service and great pricing.

This company is the BEST. I ordered a frame on 9/29, it arrived on 10/1. Most importantly, it's perfect. The fit is exact, color and design are even better than picture.

There are a good number of frames to choose from but they take sooo long to get to me. Unfortunately, I have to go back to my former art framer for custom frames. One, which I didn’t realize until after checkout (my fault) was scheduled for up to 30 days!! What frame takes a month?
Oh, they also sell through Amazon so that is why everything takes so long. Direct buy customer are apparently second rate.

Ordered three frames totaling $265 only to have two shipped with plexi glass instead of non reflective glass, and the one frame that did have glass was cut incorrectly plus had a chip in one corner. Attempted to chat online but no person picked up so I submitted an online request for someone to contact me back. Still nobody has reached out after five days. I called again this morning but got a voice-mail.

My frame arrived; damaged, cheep like balsa wood, wafer thin layer of paint, no refund on return shipping. Cost less to get repaired than shipping. My daughter was a gallery curator. She said, " item is cheep , poorest of quality" She advised to always check with her if ordering a like item." She said, "You were ripped off. Do not use this company." I agree. As a 76 yrs old this bad experience was not a healthy experience.

I have nothing good to say about my experience with them. One frame was made to. The wrong specs and both looked like they were put together by 5 year olds. Customer service said I must have given them the wrong information. These are as far from Custom frames as you will ever get. Buster Beware

I have been ordering frames from ArtToFrames for a while and I just love how easy it is to get exactly what I want to help my apartment feel like my unique home. ArtToFrames customer service was on top of it when I recently had my most recent order which was quite expensive go missing. It wasn’t ArtToFrames’ fault but I was so thankful with how kind they were in helping me get a replacement. Looking forward to continuing to add to my collection of custom frames as I continue to travel and take more pictures to display.
