Owners were very responsive by email and also went out of their way to help make the item I wanted even though it was not in the correct format. Turn around time was within 2 days. I highly recommend. So happy with the service and final product. I would definitely use this company again.

I am thrilled with this product. I ordered a more than special set of coasters depicting generations of the brides ancestors wedding pictures in black & whites. Seeing the order they immediately knew these were beloved older photos. They contacted me & helped me make the photos useable, as well as cleaning up, sharpening focus etc. The end product was far superior to my expectations. I am so happy they could bring this meaningful keepsake in my nieces home. The workmanship & customer experience was far above & beyond. Great job, 150% satisfaction.

I cannot say enough about this company! The coasters I ordered were beyond my expectations... and they even enhanced several of my pictures, taking out flaws.
