I ordered a license plate with an image from this company online. The image preview that was provided showed what appeared to be two different levels of colors so the image could be seen. When the order arrived it was not even close to as visible as it appeared in the preview. I attached pictures to show the preview and the actual delivered product. The delivered product isn’t even as visible as it appears in the image due to lighting but as you can see it’s not even close to what was presented. I wrote an email explaining this and John Edmonds the manager replied stating that I could return it for a refund and needed to provide a tracking number. So I did so and ordered the cheapest return with tracking that I could find which was $15.14 with UPS, I went ahead and shipped it back assuming I’d be full compensated for the total which was 23.90 for the product and $15.14 to return it. He did not refund my return shipping cost and refused to do so after I explained that I should not be held liable to return the product due to misrepresentation of what I was receiving. He still refused after I explained that I would report this and dispute it with the BBB. He did not care or try to make it right. Misrepresentation is fully illegal and I should not lose money because of it. Out of the $23.90 I spent on this product I received back $8.76 because of the refund of product I received but also the lack of refund of this return shipping expense which misrepresentation and false advertising would fall under unfair business practices. I received the $23.90 but I want my return shipping fee refunded for the full $15.14. Due to the reasons for the return I should have been offered a return prepaid label or refund to begin with.
I got my Wonder Woman punching Trump shirt before promised. Size seems to run a little small, other than that, I love it. Any chance you could make one with Harley Quinn working him over?
I never received any confirmation of my purchase, an order number, or anything signifying that I had made a purchase from artist shot. My card was charged immediately however. I finally after a week of darkness received an email of my order being shipped. I have tracked my package and it says it's been delivered but it was not delivered to me. The tracking number shows it was shipped using DHL but does not show an address where it was dropped off at. My package finally arrived 4 days after my tracking number said it had. Thankfully after all the confusion, I have my package and the quality of my item is great.

I ordered a "Pizza Girl" license plate in hot pink from them. Then when it came, I had bought a new car with no place to mount a front plate. We don't use front plates in my state. So I sent it back. This was in January. I called customer service and he told me to email the order number and reason for return. The email was not working. I couldn't send the msg. I have not heard from them at all despite several messages to them in "contact us" category on their website. This place is hard to reach. Do not order from them.

Purchased a hat. Took almost a month to receive hat. Quilty is cheap for what I paid and size fits a child not an adult. Would not use them again.

I never received an order confirmation or receipt or anything like that, and even though I created an account I wasn't able to login and view my order. I paid for express shipping so my
product would arrive before
Valentines day and when it didn't arrive I contacted customer support who sent me tracking info that said my package wasn't even shipped until February 14th, and a packing slip that was evidently my order confirmation. Ultimately, my package did not arrive until the 19th and it was the wrong color. Customer service sucks and will not respond to my request for a refund for the express shipping that I paid for but did not get.

It appears this company is hit and miss . A follow-up review , got my shirts, good quality, took 3 weeks from my order to receive the product , had to pay custom charges (shipped to Canada) , overall wasn't the best or worst experience. Customer service was ok . Need to be more transparent about how long it takes to process and deliver products and any additional fees , BEFORE you place the order .

No purchase confirmation ever sent, multiple emails and got no response. Call there number automated system says they are closed when call made during operating hours. Text messages not answered. This is a fraud and terrible place DO NOT BUY HERE! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!! DONT DO IT!

I had ordered 2 separate transactions. The first order came right away but the second one was still in production. I maintained communication with their customer service rep. I needed all items before a certain date. The second order was not processed yet so I asked for a refund and they sent their apologies and did refund right away. I would say their customer service is 5/5 but the production needs to be worked on. The order I did receive was good quality. If you need to order here because they do have more options for sizing, then order a few months beforehand and just follow up.

Shipping could only get slower if it were delivered by pony express. Product quality has yet to be seen. Shop elsewhere.

Update: The order did eventually arrive, even if it was much later than expected. I never did get the confirmation email for it. The mug I ordered was fine, if not a touch on the cheaper and lighter side, as is common with a lot of print-to-order products. Updated to 3 stars just to confirm that even with some delay issues, they are a legitimate company and the products they send out are fine.
Original Review: My order is still showing as "Processing," and it's well past the arrival date estimate that was provided in the cart. I never got a payment confirmation email, even though it cleared through the bank, and they sent out a promotional email the other day. So they have the correct email noted. They also haven't responded to my customer service message.
They also appear to use AI for some of their responses on Trustpilot. You'll notice a similar tone, phrasing, and overall communication style if you've interacted with publicly available AI enough. So even when responding to concerns on sites like this, they're not taking their customers seriously.

Customer Service of Artist Shot handled my case quickly to my fullest satisfaction.
With an order of three items there was a minor issue with one item and it was resolved to perfect satisfaction.
I would use them again and can recommend them- professional service, keep up the good work!

I purchased a tshirt Artist Shot and didn't hear from them more than a week. I sent them several emails with no luck. I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges. This is unacceptable

I bought 2 black T-Shirts from you and 1 came blank now I have been trying and trying to email you time and time again. I have pictures of the shirt along with the bag it came in along with the sku slip from the shirt. My grandson wanted to have a matching shirt with Grampy for Christmas and he was very bummed out when it was blank. I’m willing to send it back and get a replacement one. If you would please let me know where I could send it back to I would really appreciate it.
I’m re writing my review. After a lot of headaches and a month later they have replaced the blank TShirt with the one I should’ve gotten back in December. Now my grandson and his grampy can wear the tshirts together and my grandson will be very excited when Grammys shirt arrives. Thank you so much for finally getting back with me and I’m so sorry it had to come down to the negative reviews.
