Happy Customer/Co is Legit
I received my custom hoodies, which is great quality and as expected. The company is legit I was able to speak with someone sms, his name was Max. The processing time took a week and didn’t update until then. I paid for expedited shipping but didn’t receive my product until after the estimated time. Overall very satisfied. I wrote my review bc I almost questioned if this company was legit based on other reviews I saw and wanted people to know it is.

I’ve had a hard time finding the exact…
I’ve had a hard time finding the exact shirt I wanted and Artist Shit was able to deliver. Within just a few days, the shirt arrived as depicted and the material is excellent and breathable…not some low-grade fabric. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!

Received Onesie with Burn Marks
I ordered a onesie for my baby daughter who is in the NICU. What I received is a onesie with a large black burn mark across the middle and part of the image printed is melted. Have contacted support email multiple times to request a replacement or process a refund and have not received any response. Unable to reach anyone via phone.

Next step will be to open a dispute with my bank if this is not resolved soon.

Charged my card with no email confirmation

Poor Quality
I ordered a t-shirt from Artistshot and the product was of very poor quality. The T seam separated about 8" along the left side. Totally unusable. I immediately through the product in the trash.

The tote bag I received was several inches smaller than the one I ordered, and part of decal was illegible. They refunded me and I made a new order. It didn’t arrive for four weeks, and customer service repeatedly ignored my inquiries.

Bad quality print on hat
Only after I stayed on top of contacting them I received my hat. The logo is of very poor quality and blurry print.

Inferior Product Make Return Difficult Poor Delivery Time
They advertise a product as though it is embroidered. It's not, it's screened. Couple this with waiting forever for shipping. Inferior product. They make returning it and the path way difficult.

Don't buy from this company. Cheapest thin material I've ever seen for a baseball cap. It was crushed in a plastic bag when I got it. The stitching is crooked. No way to return it. No return labels

I ordered a license plate from artist shot and it never came even though it said delivered. So I emailed then and they told me it wasn't their problem and to contact the post office. The post office can't help. So I paid for nothing

Artist Shot sold me a clearly defective…
Artist Shot sold me a clearly defective product which they insisted I pay for return shipping to receive a refund.... They gave me the run around until I finally contacted my credit card company, sent them background info and pictures of the defective product and received a final credit within a week or so.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I ordered a hat to be sent to my dad and didn't notice that the form had auto-filled MY home city and zip code.
When I checked on the status of the order they quickly help me make the necessary corrections and offered to ship the hat again, now that the address was correct.

Scam. Non-existent customer service
I can't even count how many times we've contacted these people about our order (at least 3 though) and ZERO response. Our package was sent to the USPS Mail Recovery Center aka the 'graveyard' where your stuff goes to die. Which means, there was no return address and our address was incorrect. We tried contacting USPS but they wanted specifics about the package which obviously we didn't know (size, what it looked like) and a return address for the sender. We had no clue and contacting this company has led us nowhere. We just want a refund since our stuff is probably gone. It's really amazing how companies can get away with customer service like this and basically stealing people's money; I know some people will just let it go, not us, lol.
