I ordered a book bag with a red colored and received one with a shade of rust orange. The bookbag is overpriced and the seller falsely advertised the listing. DO NOT BUY FRON THIS COMPANY!! Theres a reson they got so many BAD REVIEWS! 👎👎👎

Ordered a hat from Artist Shot. Received in a reasonable time but the print on the hat was incomplete...the "U" in one of the words was only partially printed. Customer service sent me an instruction sheet to return but no return postage. Why should I be required to pay for the return when the item's damage was in the production of the hat? when I tried to call customer service I waited and waited...no answer. Tried again...no answer. Poor quality, terrible customer service, don't stand behind their product. Don't buy from this business. Find what you want elsewhere. Buyer beware!

As far as I know, the first time (I think), and the last time.
I purchased a Tshirt two weeks ago, along with another one from a separate company. And one that was delivered within half a week. However the one through artishot is not only nowhere to be seen. I have not recipient any correspondence from them. And after writing to them yesterday. I receive a message that the email has failed to go through to their contact email address. And to try again in a couple of days. You pay decent money for the product and shipping. And that is where it has all ended.
I absolutely would not recommend this company. And if you do choose to use them. Then at least the buyer has been made aware.

Only got 1 star cause couldn’t choose zero!! Order a hat for a hockey game and paid highest tier for shipping. Almost 2 weeks later, game came and went and still no hat. Sent an email and was assured would be here on the 11th…11th came and went and no hat. Delivery update has not changed. Guessing I’m not getting the hat but will be canceling payment through bank as now I’m not getting any response and no one answers phones. Horrible company and now I’m seeing I’m not the only one.

I purchase a polo shirt and I returned according to their policy for a refund (the shirt did not fit). I have not received a refund and it’s been almost 2 months. I emailed Artist Shot 2 weeks ago regarding receiving my refund and have not heard from them.
I purchased an item for a Halloween costume recently. I only ordered it because it said that the item would arrive between October 23 through the 28th. I immediately was charged for the item and received an email with my order number. But that was it. I have checked my order several times and it still says, "Processing." I then decided to cancel the order since I figured it would not arrive on time for Halloween since it hasn't even been shipped yet. I contacted customer service, expecting a response in a timely manner. Nothing. Not even a courtesy email stating that they would contact me shortly regarding my order cancellation. I will never order from them again. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

In December of last year I orders several license custom license plates. When I received them the image was 50% or more missing on each license plate. I called and they had me send them back. It is over 10 months later, more emails and phone calls than I can imagine, and still no refund. They take your money and run. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

If I could give artistshot 0 stars I would. Ordered a sweatshirt for my boyfriend and they literally did not deliver it to any address. It reached the city, but for some reason even though the address was genuinely quadruple checked, they marked it as invalid and sent it BACK to the place it was made. Basically told me there was nothing I could do and slammed the door In my face. Tried to reach customer service and they told me that they couldn’t resend it because “i took too long”. Still waiting to hear back on if I can get my money back at ALL. Massive scam. Not worth the stress and frustration. Everyone who works there is incompetent.

Twice attempted to place an order and had difficulty both times (ie: the zip code is not a California one. It is!) Second time there was no where to insert my cc info. Zero response from customer service!
So happy that I then read all the reviews as it sounds like the chances of paying for garbage are good 👎

bought a Mr Peabody & Sherman t-shirt that was horribly off-centered as far as the image, sent him a picture they said they'd make good on it sent me a shirt that was exactly the same way and then only partially refunded my money because I didn't want to mail both of their crappy t-shirts back to them so they kept the original shipping charges.
will never ever buy anything from them again lousy quality control and basic quality

I just received my tee which is good quality and well-executed graphics.
Other reviews advised to order up, one or two sizes. Being a small-medium, I ordered a Women’s XL, figuring it could be taken in if necessary.
I cannot get it past my shoulders!!!!!!! Guess it’ll be one for the trash can; very disappointed!

Ordered a baby onesie and a large paper gift bag. They packaged the paper gift bag in plastic mailer with NO firm insert- so the paper bag (which is part of the baby shower gift) was totally crumbled and crushed. I can't use it as a gift.

This company is a joke. I ordered a t-shirt that came with the image so pixelated it was obviously expanded 150000x more than could have been properly.
I emailed the company for a refund with photo evidence of how bad the product was. They agreed that it was as bad as could be, but said they wouldn't refund me until I went to the post office and mailed the product back to them. I told them I didn't trust their company and wouldn't put myself deeper in a financial hole with them. I'm just going to call my card company for a chargeback.
