We couldn’t be happier with the service Wayne provided. From helping us choose the right boiler for our home to sourcing it and carrying out the installation, everything was handled brilliantly from start to finish.
Wayne took the time to help us understand our options and make the right choice for our needs, giving us complete confidence that we were getting the right boiler for our home. The installation went smoothly, with absolutely no problems, and the whole process was completely stress-free.
It’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely takes pride in their work. Wayne made everything straightforward and delivered exactly what we needed.
We would highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking for a reliable plumber, particularly if you need a new boiler. Fantastic service, excellent workmanship and a hassle-free experience from beginning to end.
Thank you, Wayne, for doing such a brilliant job! We wouldn’t hesitate to use you again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m extremely happy with Wayne and Artisan Heating & Plumbing. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Wayne provided a clear quote by email beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect and what I would be paying.

On the day, they arrived on time, laid down floor protection straight away and completed the work to a high standard. They even stayed late to make sure everything was working properly, which I really appreciated.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable heating and plumbing company.

We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Wayne and his team.

From the outset, they were trustworthy, reliable and hardworking and we really appreciated the care they took throughout the whole bathroom project. They were true to the agreed price and they prepared a clear daily itinerary setting out when the various works would be carried out. Most importantly, they stuck to it, keeping everything organised and on schedule.

The attention to detail throughout was exceptional, and they also made some brilliant recommendations along the way that genuinely enhanced the end result. It was clear that they take pride in their work and were committed to delivering a finish they could be proud of.

We are absolutely delighted with the end result, and we know that is down to the team’s attention to detail, hard work and commitment from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Wayne and the whole team — we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Wayne and the lads where brilliant, replaced old boiler and radiators last week, everything running smoothly now. Left the place spotless, would 100% recommend.

We were very pleased with Wayne’s plumbing work. He arrived exactly on time and got going straight away on removing our old toilet and fitting the new one. He was very friendly, helpful & obliging. In addition, he left the working area very tidy. I would certainly recommend Artisan Heating & Plumbing to my family and friends.

Artisan recently upgraded our bathroom and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the end result. Wayne and the lads were polite, attentive and extremely tidy and respectful of our home. Communication with Wayne was excellent from start to finish; he was always checking in that we were happy with the progress and then the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend artisan to anyone considering plumbing works, they provide excellent customer service and high standards at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much once again.

Hi Wayne, everything is perfect thanks. What a great fitter Aaron is nothing is too much trouble for him. As well as fitting the bathroom suite I asked him to do an adjustment on the pipe leading to the grid outside and he did a great job with it.
Honestly his work is outstanding, such a lovely man as well. I would highly recommend your firm but I am sure you must have loads of work if that is the standard of workmanship that you give to all your customers.
Enjoy the weekend and thanks once again.

Highly recommend Artisan Heating & Plumbing. Brilliant standard of work and rapid response. Helped me out massively over Christmas when my old boiler failed getting out and installing a new one at the drop of a hat.

Been using Artisan Heating for over 10 years.
Always professional and reliable on any call outs or work carried out and Wayne and the team are as nice a people you could wish for and that’s why I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Couldn’t recommend the lads enough.

We couldn’t endorse Wayne and his team enough; Artisan heating and plumbing service was exceptional from beginning to end. We entrusted them with the design and installation of our beautiful new bathroom, a downstairs WC along with a new boiler and new radiators throughout our home. When one of our radiators failed to heat up afterward, Wayne himself came over to resolve the issue without delay. For us it is just as important to have strong aftercare as it is to deliver the work in the first place.

Wayne and his team fitted my new boiler. Great advice before hand and even registered it with the 5 year warranty. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend artisan.

I rang Artisan with two leaking sinks at our business. He prioritised our situation and the following day had rectified the problem. Happy.

Artisan have done a number of jobs for me in the last 12 months and I really appreciated the excellent work. Can’t say enough about them. Top class.

Excellent work as always. Wayne and his team have fitted 3 new boilers for members of our family and the workmanship on all the jobs has been first class, all work completed on time and houses left in a clean tidy state.
