Never arrived on time or at all on promised dates. Pavers have become loose. Owner was very combative.

Horrible attention to detail and couldn't get the simplest things right.

Fantastic job at a reasonable price. I had both sun screens and artificial grass installed. Would definitely recommend this company. In fact, I believe they have a picture of the job they did at my house on their website so you can see how great a job they do.

We're about 75% satisfied. Turf was laid in too many pieces and the largest section has ripples. We wish they had laid it in 2 sections as promised. And we'd really like them to fix the ripples. We did call them back out but were met with a lot of excuses.

It starts with the sales team. Ricardo is an excellent sales representative, manager and whatever else title he should have. He was tentative to my needs, non agressive, understanding to my finances and willing to make adjustments to please me. He is an excellent customer service representative.
Then you have the product. Well let me first say that I am more than pleased with the product laid on my front lawn. It actually appears better than what I thought I picked out. The employees who prepared the lot, laid the tuff and completed the job was absolutely excellent. The job came out perfect better than expected.
Lastly, the proof is in the pudding as they say. Resident after resident has stopped by to acknowledge the beautiful look that my corner property now has and maybe one of the very best beautiful landscape front yard that anyone in this community has.

What shoddy workmanship, I told my neighbors not to even consider artificial grass masters and go some where else. My tuff has holes and looks lumpy in other areas. I was told that someone would come back to repair the issues on and to this day no one nada zip. I am getting on yelp and make sure everyone knows how irresponsible and unprofessional this company is. I am also reporting them the better business bureau.

Before the project started I stated I wanted weed protector laid underneath my rock so my yard wouldn’t be full of weeds. The salesman told me three times this would happen: it didn’t. After calling and being told it would be corrected I found out there were huge areas where rock was just thrown down with nothing underneath. Within about two weeks I basically had a lawn growing through the rock. I called again and was told someone would come out to relay the weed protector and get rid of the weeds. I was told four different times someone would come and they didn’t. Finally on the fifth time someone came out and cleared the weeds, but they didn’t put down the weed protector they missed. Besides all this every time I called I was told the person I was speaking to was the boss of the person I had spoken to the last time, but after a while I noticed everyone was everyone else’s boss, so all these “supervisors” were basically worthless and in name only. I’ve had several people ask me about my yard and I’ve steered all of them away from this unprofessional and incompetent company.

Sub-contracted portions of the work without prior approval of homeowner.This led to delays and unsatisfactory work which had to be redone. Salesman/Project Manager was very knowledgeable and responsible. Work involved installation of pavers, river rock, and artificial grass.While not perfect, we enjoy the area and receive many compliments on the space. I would use them again on my next project.

Knowledgeable about their product and how to meet my needs. Professional installation and clean up. Very satisfied!

After a few years our grass started fading and falling apart. We contacted the company and they told us it was a manufacturer error. They gave us 3 options- we could get the refund for the grass this does not include installation. Or we could have them replace the grass and we pay installation AGAIN. And option 3 was to have them replace the grass but not install. Either way we are either losing the original install cost or paying for installation again. And the company did not understand why I was not happy with this!!! Terrible. Would not recommend.

Quality work! I built a dog run and they provided the turf. It’s been just over a year and everything is still perfect. Great custom window screens too. All around professional job. Highly recommended

Very nice people, did quite a bit of prep work on the site and got it all done in a few hours. Looks awesome. Called about a wrinkling issue (tends to happen in the rain) and they said it should improve with time and is expected. Would definitely use them again.

They did a 5 star job on the turf and brick work.

However, they did some damage to the patio deck which they ultimately took care of but it took a long, long, long time to settle the claim, so 3 stars.
