Ricardo was amazing. He offered the best customer service I have ever had and wants you to be happy with the end result. Fantastic experience all the way and my grass looks amazing. I love how adding the grass changes our whole backyard. Ricardo did a great job designing the flow of the grass. We couldn’t be happier.

Price Match Guarantee Rules
1. Contractor installing grass must be:
a. Licensed
b. Bonded
c. Insured
d. Registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors
e. A Reputable Company
f. Offer must be for grass of same quality or better ( Grass Sample Must Be present)
g. Installation process and time frame must be the same
h. Warranty must be the same
I. Must be able to provide a written estimate by said company.
If we cannot match the price and the contractor has met all of the above rules then we will pay you $50.00 for your time.
If you cannot offer all of the above then we try to offer you other options to meet your budget.

Masters. I had called two other companies for an estimate: one didn't bother to return my phone call, the second one looked at my yard (without taking measurements) and gave me a price that was twice as much as what I ended up paying Artificial Grass Masters

This company installed artificial turf in our front yard.
This company installed artificial turf in our front yard.
They were great when coming out to give estimate. Came back a second time when we wanted more information. They had a fair price and great attitude.
The day the main work was done went pretty well. There were only a couple of small issues as to be expected. Our only real problem was when we looked out to see their guy burying the excess quarter minus sand in the rock area of our front yard. They knew we were home and didn't even ask us first if this was okay. They left that part of our yard lumpy. I was told at finally inspection that someone would be sent out to re-grade the area but nobody ever did come. We had to smooth it out ourselves. Once they had finally payment they were done with us.
I do still recommend their work, ( and already have to friends), just don't pay final payment until you are 100% satisfied.
