Artificial grass was installed in January 2015, not quite 5 years ago and grass is starting to show wear and tear. The installers stated it would last 10 years. Grass has been hardly walked on.

Salesman never returned my call to answer my questions. Which I found interesting because my message said I was ready to put down payment down but I had a few questions. Several days later office returned my call but I had already moved on. TOO BAD.

In only few months after installation the artificial grass got "burnt' in places and now walking on it is not possible, in fact it can hurt children's feet

Everything went well but i thought your pricing was quite high.

Our grass is now almost 5 years old. Still looks great. Really nice guys to work with.

Excellent company , Mike was very helpful in choosing the correct synthetic grass for my needs. Everything was on time installers were very good at installation of the grass surface.

Recommended wrong grass for my application. Grass is less than 1 year old and is already laying flat due to foot traffic (2 8 year old kids running around a few times per week). I had their installers come once to repair with no success.

I HAVE HAD THIS DONE IN HOMES BEFORE, QUALITY, FAST AT A FARE PRICE. I TRULY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. AND ALREADY HAVE.

Everything went well until after the installation. Called a few times to get someone out regarding a few concerns, but no response. We paid cash...maybe that was not the best way to go!!!!!! Otherwise, very nice. Great product.

Artificial Grassmasters did an excellent job with my back yard. I had heavy grass, a putting green, and decorative rock with curbing installed. It was a large job. While there were some hiccups along the way the company worked diligently to resolve them. They have quality control people who take their jobs very seriously.

Did not finish on time, left equipment behind, did not wait for my OK to charge my CC for final payment. Lawn turned out OK but I had many issues with them. Will not recommend.

Artificial grass Masters did everything they could to make sure that I was satisfied with the product that they installed. Even after there was complications with the original install they came in and reinstalled the new grass and added some features that really enhance the look. Very satisfied with their work the pleasantness of the workers and the professionalism of the sales rep.

They did a great job love my grass. Dogs love it even more.
My only complaint was a 6 hr job taking almost 12 hrs.

The service had to be redone as they did not kill all the old grass, Rye I think it was, on the first treatment. Also I learned from this experience that to adequately make sure all the old grass and roots are killed after the killer is applied they should have waited at least 4 days and probably longer before the rest of the treatment was done, they only waited less then 2 full days and for this reason not all the old grass, weeds, etc. was killed and they started growing again and bumps appeared in the Artificial grass because old grass was trying to grow. That is why it had to be redone and a man, private contractor, came out, treated for weeds with two different chemicals and then we had to wait to see if it worked and it did but now I have grass growing on all the ridges, edges of the artificial grass along sidewalks and all around the yard so have to pull them out by hand and hopefully I won't have to do that forever, have to wait and see. It does look very nice and I have had many slow down when driving by and look and a few have stopped and talked and said it really looks nice and makes my house stand out from the others. I am very happy with this and sorry for the problems caused by not waiting a few days longer to plant after the killing treatment was put down.

A beautiful yard with prompt service and good communication. Couldn't ask for more.

They were great from grass type recommendations to delivery. They did not do installation, so can’t comment on that. But were available for questions we had throughout the install.
