I was 100% satisfied with Artificial Grass Masters. I had a 9 hole putting green put in and another 1500 ft2 of turf and they did an exceptional job. There were a couple of changes I asked them to do and Ricardo made sure I was completed satisfied. He was very professional and courteous and his crew did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend them.

Proposal for new Putting Green
Lowell came out to our house and inspected our current putting green so that he could make recommendations as to a new putting green and some new landscaping. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about putting greens and recommended a new putting green which maintained the same contours and dimensions as our existing putting green.
He prepared a detailed bid/estimate of the cost of a new putting green and some minor landscaping which he left us for our review and consideration. We indicated that we were getting other estimates and would get back to him when we had the other estimates in hand.
Lowell was very confident and gave us the feeling that he could perform the job without any difficulty.

I do apologize Mary, Mike was your sales agent. He is no longer with us. Not only did he abandon you and his other customers, he also abandoned our entire team as well. We tried to reach out to all of the customers that he was in contact with but we apparently did not reach them all. We would have loved to be your company of choice but in this particular case our hands were tied.

The actual gentleman from Artificial grass masters were knowledgeable however the project manager tended to be overbooked and had little to no time on site supervising the work as well as the subcontractor doing the curbing kind of sucked and didnt do a good job I noted after the fact a 5 to six inch change in the grade where it needed to be level.
