We love our grass, the way you placed it and the fact you gave us information on our dog and her going potty. We like the curbing that was put in our backyard along with the grass. I do have a question, what do we "wash" the grass with, to get rid of the urine smell. Thank you, Mary Hoffman

I had a rep come out this summer and give me a quote . I reached out later to get clarification on payment options multiple times and never heard back from the rep. I still haven't gotten my project started but will probably be reaching out to another company for my home project.

These guys were by far the best price, they came and did the job when they said they would and did it correctly. There were no hidden costs or surprises. I paid them extra to put in my in ground basketball hoop and also my soccer net and they both turned out great. I would highly recommend these guys

My experience with this company was great. They were friendly and professional. The work was done well. I am very pleased. I have already started recommending this company to others.

The review template describes a 2-star experience as, "an inadequate experience with a lot of friction." While the final product now looks good and I'm happy with my decision to get artificial turf, my experience was memorably poor.
The short version is that the turf was installed over an extremely lumpy foundation which had not been leveled or smoothed over. The turf appeared to be flat on the surface, but when you would walk on it, you could have easily rolled an ankle due to many 2-4" peaks and valleys underneath the turf. Tools were also left behind by the crew which tells me they were looking to get out of there quickly.
The matter was only made worse by the sales person. He texted me that night asking how it went and to collect payment. When I mentioned the lumps, he immediately went into a text-rant about how the yard was perfect and how I was being unreasonable. He then went on to tell me about just how hard he had worked on this project and that I should be satisfied with the result. After he sobered up the next day, (I could only hope he had been drinking. What sober person would respond that way to a concerned customer?) he agreed to come to my house. He apologized for his behavior but only because he realized it could be his job if I reported it (I chose not to, I just wanted my yard fixed). He walked on the turf and agreed that you indeed could roll and ankle in many spots around the yard. The team was then rescheduled to revisit my house.

Now, the yard is very nice and I like the product. I paid in full immediately after the job was finished. If the foreman in charge would have inspected the work, or the salesperson would not have been blatantly confrontational, I would have reviewed my experience much higher.

Where very misleading about how the grass would be with children and dogs even after being asked straightforward questions. Grass has seamlines. Didn’t put enough rock in my backyard surrounding the pool and grass causing bare spots. The patio addition they added for me is uneven and pools water in the center not to mention they splashed cement all over the side of my house and didn’t bother to offer to fix it. Run away!

Still holding up grrreat. Looks like it was put in yesterday.

Fantastic experience. Their installers really know what they are doing. They worked VERY hard and quickly got the job done in an exemplary way. Would choose them to do work for me again in a heartbeat.

We never got a call back from them. I called asking to follow up on an estimate we’d been given with the intent of scheduling them. The girl took my name, number, and email and I never heard anything after that. We decided to go elsewhere since they did not want our business.

They did an excellent job on my project.
The measurement and quote and actual billing is very honest and more than satisfactory.
If I have another project I would like the project manager that handled my account do it again.

I have since sold the house in under a week, for about 30K over asking. I think that your installation was responsible for a large part of that result. Thanks!

You say you only send a estimate, a contract and then a request for review if that's true why am I getting emails from you? You have never done any work for me. I don't have any artificial grass, I've never purchased any artificial grass from anyone, but I keep getting Emails from you to give you a review. So I thought if I give them a review I'll quit getting emails from them. Since you've never done any work for me I can't give you a good review cuz I don't know what the quality of your work is, so my only choice was to give you a one-star cuz I have no idea.

PS: I find it very funny that I'm a verified purchase too, I think this whole review things a scam.
